I was really disappointed after the appointment because I noticed throughout the following day or so that there were many areas that were still dusty or dirty - specifically the windows and the oven. Almost all of the areas of the house that had been worked on, I went back over to clean myself almost immediately because they were either streaky, half-done, or not at all touched. If I had known that my expectations weren't going to be met for the session/service, I wouldn't have set it up. When I reached out to let Priscilla know 1:1 that I had concerns about the service, I didn't get a response. Due to what looked like low-effort work, being an hour and a half late, poor planning, and poor communication, I would not recommend this company to others and will not be reaching out in the future.
