Almost all of the areas of the house that had been worked on, I went back over to clean myself almost immediately because they were either streaky, half-done, or not at all touched. If I had known that my expectations weren't going to be met for the session/service, I wouldn't have set it up. When I reached out to let Priscilla know 1:1 that I had concerns about the service, I didn't get a response. Due to what looked like low-effort work, being an hour and a half late, poor planning, and poor communication, I would not recommend this company to others and will not be reaching out in the future.

I just moved to the big island in a house that had not been occupied for 2 years. It was dirty and…read moresmelled. Since I have 3 young children and this was a big house I thought I would hire a cleaning company. My first impression of Darryl the owner was good he was very friendly and assured me that they could clean my house at an affordable price. He said they would clean windows and wipe inside cabinets, also wipe down all the walls and clean the floors. They arrived worked a little and there product smelt great, so I assumed my house is getting cleaned really well. They left after about cleaning maybe 4 hours and I thought wow there is no way they could clean my whole big house in 4 hours with only 3 people. Sure enough after they left I was walking through the house and my feet felt dirty so I looked at my feet and it was black. I then got my mop out and moped all of my floors. My floors were so dirty I had to wash the mop out 10 times before I had finished. Later that night the lights in my house revealed exactly where they wiped my walls only directly around any door ways and widows. Seems like they sprayed a lot of product on my walls just to make it smell good for a few hours. Sure enough the great smell was gone the next morning and it was smelly again. So the entire next day I spent with my husband and my parents wiping down every single wall in my house, and the day after wiping out all of the cabinets they said they cleaned, which still smelt and even had dead roaches in it. We also had to scrub all of the showers which did not appear to have been touched at all. So in the end I let this company waste 4 hours of my time as well as almost $500. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. This company did a terrible job. I am writing this review so that no one else gets ripped off like I did.

Came and went on her own and never asked permission to do major tasks she assigned herself. Made decisions on purchases most of all about the house and property without any input or permission and when I quit, she billed me for thousands of dollars of charges she claimed were Just not billed before, including buying hundreds of dollars of linens I never asked her to supply( which turned out to be poor quality "used goods") It was a thousand square foot house and though she kept it clean, I felt exploited as an off island owner and generally" ripped off". Main problem was doing whatever she wanted, then billing for it months later with no communication about it before. Probably fine, if you can keep an eye on her, as I do not believe she is dishonest; just an unpredictable business person who over values her contribution and makes her own rules.
