Called Mold Doctors, I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert. New to the island and to Mold Doctor. He was very helpful and understood our urgency to get someone out to look and to fix the problem. They met me the next day at the house. Quickly we came up with a plan and they were there the next day to start the work and finish up the following day. From start to finish the entire team were very professional, respected our home and were very thorough from the setup for fumigation to the clean up afterwards. He had the water vacuumed up from the carpets and floors and big fans put into place to dry out the wet areas, including the drywall. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The fans remained for about a week, and they came out to check in the drying progress regularly. They kept in touch via text (my request) to let me know when they were coming and what the status was - great communication! When the areas were dry, they made sure there was no mold or other damage. They seemed very thorough. It looked great, like hardly anything happened at all! I just need to paint the affected area and it's as good as new!
