I was met each time with casual apologies and weak excuses of why I did not receive a callback, or why staff never showed up to assess the work to be done. I work for an affordable housing development company (likely the most reputable on this island) and have rarely come across such horrible service/bedside manner - service that I would absolutely not tolerate from any contractor conducting work for one of my company's projects.
