He said he did not get the text but after telling him the day and time I texted and it was delivered he changed his tune and said oh yeah I got it with the photo I attached. He then went on to say he remember seeing the photo but now could not find it. He said text again and would get back to me with a quote. Never did! Did not have the courtesy to call and say we can't do it or the job if to small. I guess they were looking for a huge job! Well they should change their statement on the website!

They told me i needed to redo all the nails/screws on both the roof of my house and carport or the next high winds would blow the whole thing off. I am a senior citizen living alone so i felt like i had no choice but to trust them. They completed the job and the next day the roof began to leak (a Friday) during a rain and they refused to come out until the following week. By the time they arrived i had damage to my roof, my lanai and the closet in my bedroom. They denied all responsibility and refused to help after many dollars were paid to them. I looked around for help and determined they had caused a leak in my solar water heater. The solar hot water heater was repaired by the appropriate company, the one that installed it for the previous owner of my home. They confirmed that Barrett caused the problem and Barrett still denied responsibility and guess what? My lanai still leaks during heavy rains today hundreds of dollars later, but at least it's rain water not hot water from the solar water heater. So no, i don't recommend them.

They seemed so nice. I made an appointment and told them I wouldn't be able to meet them, that a…read morecaretaker would meet them at the agreed day & time. They arrived hours early on that date, so I woke up my caretaker from a nap and he raced over. Meanwhile the Hilo roofing crew jumped my fence and broke the hinge. They walked around my property and looked at the roof, then left before my caretaker arrived. When I called they said they'd send an estimate. I called maybe 5 times and every single time they said - oh we are working on it now, we'll send by the end of the day. Then they ghosted. Now my gate is broken, I've wasted my time and my friend's time, and I'm going with a company I can actually rely on.
