I've waited a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure that the renovation wasn't just beautiful, but also durable. I'm pleased to say that their work still looks good and has held up perfectly over the past year-plus. When I was deciding who to trust with my home renovation, Jay stood out not only because he gave the best quote, but also because he was so communicative and so thorough. He put my mind at ease and answered every question. The renovation itself was incredible: it came in exactly on budget and under the estimated timeline. That is unheard of! Not only that, his crew was extremely diligent, showing up early, working hard, and always being responsive to our requests (they even paused work or moved to the other side of the house when our toddler was napping). And of course, the work they did was excellent and everything we hoped for (take a look for yourself). I could not recommend them any more highly!

His ability to problem solve was a life saver as he helped saved us money and time. Him and his crew triple checked with us to make sure the placement of the tiles were what we wanted. Whoever works with Jay and his team are fortunate to have them as its almost impossible to find professional, honest and reasonable workers on the island! Mike and his crew were terrific. Mike was wonderful with communication, keeping us in the loop, sending photos of the project, and helping us select items for our job. He was also excellent in follow up on a few minor items. We did not have to track him down; he stayed up with us to make sure they were completed. We also found him to be a straight shooter. Mike and his crew renovated our kitchen, our living area floors and added a closet. He stayed consistent with the design of our house, and even found the person who installed some of the doors originally. The quality of the work was excellent. He was creative, made good choices and helped us navigate the process. It is often hard to differentiate one contractor from another. Hence, this review. Mike stood out in every way that mattered.
