I tried many times to call Yama's for an estimate on roof repairs. On the owner's initial visit, he said I needed a "new roof". At the time, my roof was five years old, and he knew it. When I said I didn't want a new roof, just the normal maintenance service and repairs, he refused to reply to my calls. The receptionist finally said that she had been passing on all of my messages to the owner. I've only chosen to share my experience on this website because I noticed that the majority of the posts reflect a similar lack of respect and professionalism.
