Jeremy/Andersens carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is the perfect example why I opened a Yelp account and have contributed reviews for over a decade. Small businesses that offer a great service to the community. One of the fancy features of our house is. "Architectural carpeting" that means we have high quality spare no expense wool carpeting, you can't just have anyone come clean it, you have to have someone experienced with wool carpeting or you will ruin it. Imagine an expensive wool sweater in the washing machine at the wrong temperature with the wrong soap. I used the handy dandy Yelp app to find someone experienced , well priced, and professional to help maintain the beauty of our carpeting. Jeremy came, assessed the carpets, got to work. He mentioned to my husband he noticed the high quality of our carpet and how we take good care of it by making everyone remove shoes. Then he mentioned my spot treatment disaster where Max barfed disaster - he gave such great advice. He did thoughtful things like put footies on all of our furniture, turned his high power fans on in the areas he completed to give the drying a jump start, and vacuumed our area rug with his high powered vacuum. Next day the carpets were completely dry. We saw the same brand new carpet we saw when we first bought this house. We will make sure Jeremy, sole proprietor and operator to come every year to help us continue taking great care of our "architectural carpeting" We are so happy with his service. Community gem. My husband and I moved into a home that was once occupied by three young men, who were not very tidy to say the least & be as polite as possible. After two days of cleaning the refrigerator and another day cleaning half of the kitchen, I knew I needed some reinforcements (especially since I'm studying for my board exams and need to devote my time & energy to studying instead of cleaning). I, of course, looked on Yelp and found Cleanest Maids. I was impressed by their history on how the business came about and decided to reach out via Yelp messenger. Kelli and another staff member came to my home for a deep clean and they did exactly that! They arrived early and cleaned for four hours! They cleaned all of the rooms, including the kitchen and living room, wiping the base boards and dusted everything! Needless to say, I was very please with their work and especially their work ethic! My house is now very clean, so I'm very happy! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the great job they did on my home! I'll be reaching out to them again in the near future!

I had a move-out cleaning scheduled with this company and asked for a Certificate of Insurance…read more (COI) before the job. This is something I request from anyone working on my property to make sure both parties are covered in case of damage or injury. I work in property insurance, so this is a standard precaution I recommend to my own clients. I actually hired them in 2020 for a cleaning and it went fine, which is why I reached out again. This time, the company told me they had never been asked for a COI by a client before, and shortly after, they cancelled my appointment, saying they felt I was "setting them up." I was surprised by this reaction, as reputable service providers typically have liability insurance and can provide proof without issue. Because they refused to provide a COI and cancelled my booking, I cannot speak to the quality of their current work. However, I would caution other homeowners that if you want to ensure a vendor is insured, this may not be the right company for you.

And they did the rest of my house super amazing also, and went above and beyond what was asked. They are super nice, super on track with the work, and absolutely wonderful!!!! I hired them for weekly help. They're great. I am a mom who picks up after 6 in a large home so something as simple as a clean house makes a huge difference to me. Edit: I woke up this morning, happy as a clam because of how amazing these people cleaned, and I went to get ready for work, looked down, and saw that they even wiped down my tooth brush charger (wasn't super messy, but still!!!!). That is how wonderful these 3 people were. They even see the small details and take care of them. I really am happy with all they did. I don't think they realize how stressed out I was over cleaning the house in the tiny amount of time I get off from work, and to have them come in and do such a wonderful job really takes a huge weight off my shoulders and gives me more time with my munchkin that I wouldn't have if I had to continue doing all the cleaning on my own.
