I cannot say enough good things about Elvira & her cleaning service. My house looks AMAZING!!!! To…read morebe specific, every inch, every object, actually sparkles & shines. I can even see my reflection in the kitchen sink! I appreciate how hard it is to find someone willing to come out amid COVID-19. Many others would not even return my calls. Though I did not get a reply to the Yelp quote request, I called her on the phone (415) 261-4034. She answered immediately & was happy to come out & give me a free estimate. Her prices are very reasonable & her time, worth every penny. The very next day they arrived exactly as scheduled, wearing masks & respectful of virus concerns. She was more than willing to do special requests & was attentive to my instructions. I found them to be hard working, fast, honest, independent & detail oriented. Unlike cleaners I've had it the past, I would have no issue with leaving her alone in my house. That said, I will definitely have her back for annual (or more frequent) cleanings. We gave the worker the amount agreed upon and the husband called screaming at me that this was not the agreed price. She left and an hour later, I noticed my brand new bottle of expensive neck and face cream had been taken and our floor bath mat was also gone. I texted Rodas Cleaning, never received a reply. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Two ladies came to clean the house yesterday, in the middle of cleaning I noticed the countertop…read morewas stained. one of the ladies had taken the knobs off of the stove sprayed them with a chemical and left them on the wooden counter top. This left a huge stain. I showed the lady during the cleaning time. Daniel the owner came later that day and when it was time to pay I showed him the stain and asked how they would rectify the stain. He agreed to take partial payment and return the next day to clean it. He signed a note saying as such. Today when he was supposed to return at 2:00pm he did not I called him and he returned my call at 2:30pm and stated they would not take responsibility for the damage. He swindled his way into receiving payment under the false pretense of correcting the situation and then reneged on the agreement. They are not a trustworthy business. I will share will my social media followers as well. The ladies did a good job and were nice until it was time to be held accountable. The wife cursed and left angry. They did not speak English so I am not sure what they were saying. They first quoted me $300 and once they got there increased the price to $450 based on the work required. I agreed To the $450. once the work was completed Daniel agreed to receive $300 at the completion of service but would come back the next day for the remaining balance once he fixed the countertop. He now refuses to return and is lying about this experience. Id Daniel came back today as agreed upon this would all be rectified. He is not a trustworthy business. Please see a review below where he stood up a previous owner as well, unfortunately I did not see that review until after my experience. Save yourself the headache.

My partner wanted to surprise me with a clean apartment when I got back from a week away…read more He found Arana's by looking on Yelp and getting some estimates from multiple places. They were the highest-rated so he picked them. 2 women came and knocked on the door. They hadn't confirmed the time so he was slightly surprised, but was grateful all the same. They were efficient and thorough, meticulous and comprehensive. He was in 1 room while they cleaned and when they were done, he moved to the other so they could clean the room he'd just been in. I've never seen my bathroom and kitchen so clean! The sink and counters are spotless. They reached corners I'd forgotten about and were very thoughtful, folding clothes, putting papers into neat stacks, rearranging pillows to look better, and better rearranging and folding kitchen towels and hanging some on the dishwasher which I hadn't done before. The dishwasher was pretty new and I just didn't think to put some there besides on the freezer drawer handle and oven handles. They also cleaned fridge shelves and better arranged cooking supplies on the counter (they're there because I use them almost daily.) They cleaned the toaster and made the dining room table look better. The wine cart also looks better. The tv stand looks better. The coffee table and coffee table books look better and nicer and so does my bookshelf. They dusted board games. They made my messy desk look presentable. Everything just looks better. My apartment was so messy that it was over $100 pricier than the estimate (hey, work's been very busy.) Prices are cheaper the more often they come. I believe we will begin having them once every 2 months. We are very happy with Arana's.
