Manager couldn't find it so I told him make and model and told him this item is a serphantine belt. I need 2 one for alternator and one for power steering/a/c still had no clue what I was talking about. How are you a store manager when you don't even know what a serphantine belt is. Found my part online, avoid the store easier to just go on their website to order.

He didn't just try to sell me something; he explained that while the battery might be the issue, it could also be the starter or another problem. He laid out the risks honestly, but after listening to his expert advice, I took the chance and bought the Duralast Gold battery. TALON H walked me through the whole process step-by-step, even installing the new battery for me. He was so pleasant, professional, patient, and knew his stuff. And then--we ran full diagnostic tests with the AutoZone scanner, and EVERY single part of my system passed! Cranking volts, RPMs, charging system--all green. The car is running like a champ now. This man needs a raise and a promotion. No joke--I'd hire him to run any business I'm a part of. He's sharp, respectful, has excellent customer service skills, and knows cars inside and out.
