For both emergencies and maintenance, I have found Anderson Plumbing and Flux Electric to be my go to professionals. I discovered them five years ago when they sent Mark Petty of Anderson Plumbing to resolve some significant plumbing issues in my residence. Glad I did. Not only is Mark a wonderful person but he's a total professional. He is knowledgeable beyond anyone I've met in this field. He is a problem solver. Since then, I have met a number of the plumbers and electricians with Anderson Plumbing and Flux Electric. Both Flux and Anderson have served me well. There's not a problem that they cannot handle. Recently I signed up for the maintenance program for my Generac with Flux. The staff they sent out were very knowledgeable, professional, and very congenial. They answered all my questions while servicing my Generac. Top-notch electricians. I highly recommend both Anderson Plumbing and Flux Electric as your go to contractors to resolve your plumbing and electrical issues. You will not regret it. Tim S. Like Share Edit your review

Got a second opinion from another company and it turns out the only thing that needed to be replaced was the ECM motor, nothing else was actually broken. No need to replace the furnace at this time. They quoted me 17k for all new units. Outrageous. Replaced just the ECM motor and it was $1500 with an honest company. Pretty sure because I'm a woman that seems like she wouldn't know what they're doing they tried to take advantage of the situation.

You can't beat honesty and experience…read more Yes, there still is integrity in this business. We replaced our upstairs HVAC with them 2 years ago. It is still running strong and turns my upstairs into a deep freeze if I choose to. This week, we had them do a much more intense replacement. Our downstairs HVAC unit was from 2005, mated to a furnace from 1993 (33 years in service...not made like this anymore). Things literally were routed different back then. The initial consult from Mike (Owner) was straightforward, followed by accurate pricing from Bri (Manager). Scheduling was quick. Timeliness of their crew and the electrical subcontractor was exactly as expected. The removal of the old unit was a challenge, but they persevered and managed to get it out. They relocated BOTH line sets to let us move both units to a different location. This was an EXTREMELY REASONABLE cost and jump started our next phase of expansion. I could not be happier with the install and project management they pulled off for this. I am always gunshy to ask for additional work, but they were very accommodating and quick to integrate my changes. Don't be like me, and think things through to let them prepare properly. You can not go wrong with this company. They have serviced my house since we got it in 2015. Great reliability and trust.

One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive they are. When I call, they get back to me quickly and have always done everything they can to get someone out as soon as possible. When you are dealing with a plumbing problem, that kind of reliability matters. They are professional, knowledgeable, and dependable, and I trust the work they do and the recommendations they make. I have always felt that I was paying for quality work from people who know what they are doing, stand behind their work, and take care of their customers. Having a company I trust, that responds quickly and does the job right, is worth a great deal. That is why my family has continued to use them year after year, and why I would recommend them without hesitation.

Not a whole lot of discussion or negotiating for me, but Matt took facts and experience to the home warranty folks, and got me a new compressor for the system! I remembered that a year or so later and had him come out and bid a system for the 1200 sq. ft. post-frame building we put in the back yard, and he got the job done in no time, going so far as actually building the platform up in the trusses for the system to rest on. Doesn't matter if it's a starting capacitor or a complete system install or replacement, Matt's going to be the one hanging out in the mechanical room with you helping you understand why the heat is spontaneously going out in mid winter, and getting it fixed or replaced when the time is right... which is what's happening today. Complete HVAC replacement for this 25-year-old house at a reasonable price, and I have no doubt it will happen quickly and be right when it's done!
