Their quote explicitly states the job would "restore normal access." That is absolutely false. They did not restore access in any way. Instead, they created a dangerous situation by cutting their own "path" through our garden bed that leads to a foot-and-a-half drop down to the driveway. That is reckless and unsafe. The quote also states that services include "clearing of the driveway and accessible parking areas." This was not done. Large portions were left uncleared, uneven, and hazardous. The work was lazy, ineffective, and careless--the exact opposite of what we paid for. When I contacted the company the next day to address these serious safety concerns, I was met with a rude response, no apology, and zero effort to fix the issue or offer a solution. I understand they were busy and tired, but that is not an excuse. We paid for a complete and safe service, and we got neither. The customer service was just as bad as the work. Do not hire this company if safety or professionalism matters to you.

He was sincere and he had his crew come and replace all my gutters with new ones. They were neat and Jamie was onsite. Leaf guards were not put back on. The very next day we had heavy rain. i had no wet rugs this time. it was clearly defective gutters/ leaf guards. I do have a ruined rug that will need to be replaced and now no leaf guards. Jamie did offer to help with the leaf removal in the fall. Jaime is a hard working person who went the extra mime to make this right. Pat was kind enough to delay treatment because a bird had built a nest in in an area directly under the roof and later because I had had one side of my house painted and he wanted to wait for a month so that paint job would not be jeopardized by the process. When all of these obstacles (on my part) had been overcome, he came out with his helpers and the job was done carefully and protectively of my gardens and property. One area of my house had a build-up of moss and Pat explained that it might take some time for optimal results, as the "cottage cheese" crumbs would eventually disintegrate and blow off. He stated that he would come out again in two months to evaluate whether further cleaning needed to be done, which he would do at no charge. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.
