VERY POOR EXPERIENCE....WOULD ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY: 1) In power washing an IPE deck Schindler's machinery left permanent dark stains on various portions of the deck. Subsequent powerwashing did not remove the stains which I assume were caused by one of the liquids they were using. 2) Instead of lifting up deck furniture, workers dragged some of it across the deck causing several long approx. 10 ft. scratches. 3) Workers used a power washer that was too strong for the walls of the outdoor shower and fencing, turning a layer of wood into dust which got stuck all over the side of my house, outdoor fixtures, air conditioner, etc. 4) Powerwashing machinery left on lawn burned the grass turning it yellow. AFTER PAYING SCHINDLER'S INVOICE, I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND MANY HOURS TRYING TO CORRECT THE ABOVE MISTAKES! VERY FRUSTRATED BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, followed by rude insults from the owner. They damaged multiple areas of our property and would not repair the damages. Other companies protect delicate surfaces and plants when they clean. This company says they are not responsible if they damage nearby surfaces or plants. Additionally, their products are definitely NOT non-toxic, as they killed my plantings and damaged my decks. They don't soft wash, as they claim (they use a strong power washer). I had them come in to do a service for a business of mine in order to reopen. unfortunately and when I told the person doing the work that it was only half done based on the contract that we had signed he got angry with me and threw his stuff in his blue pickup truck and took off. One of my co-workers snapped pictures of him driving aggressively and forcing people into the left-hand Lane. We have pictures and we will be going to the police with us. I have used this company for several years with no success. He power washed my deck and damaged a very expensiveJapanese maple tree along with other shrubs. We used him to power wash our house in doing so he took off the previous stain. Said he would come And correct it, never did. We again, not quite sure why, engaged him to power wash our whole house and stain it. We gave him money for this in February and he strung us along until before Memorial Day. He did power wash our deck late May with minimal shrub damage. He then confessed that he did not have the man power to complete the job. He said he would complete the job st the end the end of the summer which did not work for us. We asked for our check back. It took one Month for him to do so. Apparently he lives around the block and after a Month of requests by my husband he hand delivered it. Would never use him again read more

We used this company for power washing and sealing of a cedar shingle house. They advised the job was done- knowing we were not there and thinking we couldn't check. We trusted them. When we went out a week later to check, the house hadn't been sealed and parts had not been washed and were still black. We checked our security cameras and it was clear the house had not been totally washed or sealed at all. He was rude and unapologetic on the phone but sent people back to finish. The sealer is supposed to protect for 4 years and has a warranty. It lasted maybe 3 months and he did not return calls. read more

Bob: Your crew left a little while ago and we are quite disappointed with the job that they did. This was definitely either your "B" team or "C" team but not your "A" team which we were expecting. They were very nice and respectful but seemed to be very overwhelmed with the space. One of them made black boot prints on the white bathmat in our bathroom, which immediately had to go in the laundry. They did not have a gentle hand on the window treatments, they left dead bugs on the windowsills and didn't close any of the shades after they finished. They put the outdoor furniture cushions on the lawn and then power washed the upstairs deck getting all of the dirty water all over the cushions. I don't know if these are ruined or can be cleaned, nevertheless it should not have happened. They also moved couches and bunched up the rugs underneath the couches and then never put it back properly. We had to do that ourselves. They also did not clean the bottom tracks of any of the sliding doors or the back door - this should've all been cleaned. Finally, the lack of communication between us and you and your company over the past few weeks trying to get this very expensive job finished was quite disappointing.
