Before I could review it entirely, Tony texted me hoping I was pleased with the service, when I saw the horrible work and sent him pictures and texts, all of a sudden, nothing. No response. A week later, sent another text message urging him to reach out and rectify the thousands of dollars worth of damage, nothing. Again today, two weeks later, another message and still ignored. Our cars looked like brand spanking new. Manny and the other guy worked really hard to make our cars looking very clean. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. My only negative was they were late but I think Luis, the owner was confused. Nevertheless, we were very happy with the results. We will definitely use them again.

Initially when they were finished it looked good, even had to let it dry for a couple days. When I was finally able to really go in it and examine I noticed that there was still mouse droppings, the glove compartment wasn't touched at all. Still a bunch of dirt and mouse poop ... disappointing. It seemed like they did the bare minimum. It wasn't the actually owner that came out so don't want to speak on his work. His employees were nice but weren't thorough. Didn't even wash the gas cap out. It was left dirty. Not sure if the rugs were cleaned also cause there was mouse poop dropping from the bottom when I lift it up. Now I have to find somewhere else to get detailed. Maybe it was just an off day, but I spent $200 and the expectation was that they could clean the car completely out but it just wasn't. The seats were at least clean. Update: Owner ended up contacting me saying they would be able to come back and correct what was missed, which I thought was nice. Thank you for reaching out. I already got it cleaned but thanks again.
