I've been coming here for many years. I was so sad when Dr. Brumand retired but thankfully, Dr.Kim is just as skilled, kind and patient. The girls in the office are so sweet! Recently, I walked in and got punched in the face with the smell of Fabuloso. This seems to be the horribly strong smelling cleaning solution many cleaning companies are using these days. It gives me an instant headache and I was thinking I'd have to find another dentist. They were so concerned about me! Not only did they light a candle in the room I was in, they gave me lotion I was able to put under my nostrils. They also said they would ask the cleaning company to not use Fabuloso, which I couldn't believe! They are the absolute best! read more

They had me pay my insurance cost up front but now I have been fighting her for an $1,000 refund for one year! I am in the process of suing them in small claims court. I was a new patient to this practice. The staff are nice and the doctor as well however their billing practices should be consider fraudulent. I payed $1200 up front for a crown as I was told I had no coverage under my dental plan with what they offered. After later review and contact with my insurance I was told my co pay should have been $150. After asking the office to bill the claim was denied and I was told by the insurance they billed under a procedural code with non coverage versus the CDT codes that would have provided reimbursement for crowns and the materials used for the crown. I would not recommend this practice to my family or friends I don't not believe they have the patients best interest as proof of their practices. read more

I found Aesthetic on Yelp 7 years ago and it was love at first dental cleaning. The entire team always takes such great care of me. Also, I broke my front tooth 4 years ago on the day of a very important presentation. Dr. Brumand was able to fit me in within an hour and fixed the tooth in no time. If you want to go to a dentist where the front office staff have no idea what's going on and write demeaning comments on your referrals and think you won't see them, go ahead. Tried to schedule an appt for months with this office and they kept making me call back because "I wasn't on their roster" for two months. Finally made and appt and got a referral for my son and the front desk worker wrote degrading comments about my demeanor on the referral and emailed me a copy. Haha gotta be smarter then that lady ;-) needless to say we did not keep the appt. There are many other dentists in this city with much better front desk staff and more professionalism. read more

First, I should let you know that I am terrified of the dentist. I know, it's ridiculous. But, I am! I originally found Aesthetic Dental on Yelp! about 6 months ago. I called and the receptionist not only got me in the same day, but she stayed late to make sure my paperwork/ insurance was all set before my appointment. Dr. Brumand and his amazing staff are seriously GREAT. I let them know how freaked out I was and they were very accommodating, but still fast and professional. They're on it! I have had 6+ appointments with them now and I can truly say I do not have one complaint. Multiple fillings, crowns, and extractions all with almost zero pain or complications. I had booked my teeth cleaning appointment since September 2021 for January 2022. They had called me to inform me that they had to cancel my appointment because the dental hygienist caught covid and will call me for a reschedule appointment. I waited almost two weeks and did not hear back from them so I called again and they told me that they will have to book me for May 2022. I informed them that this should not be the case when they were the ones who cancelled on me and initially told me that they were going to call me back for an appointment. They said they were sorry but the soonest available appointment was in May 2022. Seriously disappointed in their service. I would not recommend coming here for a teeth cleaning. It should not take 8 months just to be seen for a teeth cleaning. read more

Dr. Brumand and the staff at Aesthetic Dental Practice are what I like to call "The Dream Team". From the first moment I spoke to the receptionist over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist was so pleasant to speak to and she ran through the process of how transitioning dentist office would work as well as documents I would need for my visit. When I arrived at the office, I filled in some paperless forms and a few minutes later I was ready to be seen. The hygienist was friendly and I spent most of the time chatting with her when I was able to during my cleaning. If your not feeling talkative they have a TV in the ceiling to keep you entertained. At the end of my visit, I met with Dr. Brumand who is phenomenal! He gives you a warm greeting, tells you what he is going to do, tells you areas of concern, and takes his time to ensure all your questions are answered. He even lets you know if there are any watch areas as he likes to not take action/charge you for services if they aren't required at that time (which I appreciate he doesn't up-sell, but does what is best for his clients). At the end, I just felt like I was visiting some friends vs. checking off an item on my to do list. I'm wondering where all these positive reviews came from! They basically gave me X-rays and then gave me a bill didn't even do any cleaning because they said I had to come back and pay all this money for extra cleaning etc. which I could understand but they should at least did a cleaning that DeltaCare USA covers. It would have been nice to talk to the dentist after but they just threw me a bill and I was on my way. Not even a toothbrush and I have insurance! What's a dollar brush! this email shows you what their customer service is really like. Nice email from Yessica or the Doctor or both. Lost my business for a toothbrush. I'm getting the higher insurance but it took like forever to get them to reply to my original email. I did notice that they had old software screens that a upgrade screen kept popping up and they had cheaply ran old CAT 5 cable under the carpet. It's a dentist not a Boiler Room! bottom line, I take responsibility for the condition of my teeth but they should at least sat down with me and discussed it, instead, the dentist jumping to the next patient. the email doesn't lie. Like most people, I absolutely hate going to the dentist. However, my experience with this dental office has been great so far. The front desk associate has always been extremely nice to me and helped me with my dental plan since I have two insurance companies. Dr. Brumand is a pro!! You can tell that he knows exactly what he's doing and he can do it in his sleep. Even the shots don't hurt!! He's so gentle and makes you feel really comfortable. His dental assistant is a gem too! Was assigned this dentist when my company changed plans and it was a good choice. I tried going to a dentist closer to my house and regretted it. It felt like they were trying to squeeze me for all I am worth. Decided to make the drive to come here and was put at ease quickly. Dr. Braumand uses up to date technology, which is really handy when he is doing his initial evaluation. He was able to use a camera when going over my teeth and show me what he saw. I agreed with the procedures the was recommending and he didn't try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary things. He also didn't try to use scare tactics to get me to do anything. He just explained everything. I really appreciated that. He has great "bedside" manners. I get pretty freaked out when they need to numb my mouth but Dr. Braumand told me personal stories about how he used to be freaked out and soothed me the entire time. He was super gentle and I barely felt it. He did a great job on my teeth and didn't take much time. The prices are competitive. Since this was a 2nd opinion for me, really showed how much the other place was trying to rip me off. read more

My experience with Dr. Brumand is, in spite of his high ratings, LET THE BUYER BEWARE. The office is clean and modern; the staff is professional, but used a "script" which is learned to separate you from as much of your money as possible. I am a retired doctor and had heard about these types of practices. I went because I had a dull tooth ache, with the referral being given by Delta Dental of California. Dr. Brumand used modern imaging so I could "see" my teeth and their flaws. He recommended I redo four crowns because of various imperfections. He also recommended the more expensive (over $1,200) all-porcelain crown over the porcelain-fused-to-metal crown at $673. I returned to Dr. Brumand after my root canal and questioned whether he couldn't just fill the opening in the crown that was already there. He said he couldn't because there was a risk of "infection". And he seemed disappointed when I chose the porcelain-fused-to-metal option. (A retired dentist friend told me this was much better for back molars because it is stronger.) As I sat in the chair getting numbed up, the receptionist/financial person came in with permission forms to sign and she wanted my credit card for payment right then and there. This seemed strange to me and I refused, promising to not run out without paying. This they would not allow. I left and am so glad I did! I found a better, more ethical dentist who said he could refill the crown (called an inlay) for $150 rather than doing a completely new $673 crown. And he also said the three other crowns were fine and did NOT need replacing at this point in time. I am so glad I walked out. Consider carefully before you walk in. read more

The location is easy to find and is right off the freeway, very convenient. The staff is friendly and they are updated with the latest dental technology. Some other dental offices may look cooler with there ipads and flatscreen TVs but the service there makes up for everything! Dr. B is a nice guy, very polite and seem genuine. Short Review: I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and modern, and Dr Brumand explains why any procedures are needed. Long Review: I moved to the area and chose Dr Brumand as he had the best Yelp rating of the dentists on my insurance policy. Dr Brumand replaced two of the four fillings in my mouth and I had a routine cleaning. My insurance changed and I was no longer with Aesthetic Dental. I spent hours looking for a dentist and when the appointment came, the dentist I had chosen recommend procedures that sounded fishy based on my limited knowledge of dentistry. Looking for a second opinion, I drove to Aesthetic Dental for an evaluation. I provided Dr Brumand with the write-up from the other dentist, and he literally set his lunch down to evaluate me. Dr Brumand only ordered the X-rays of the teeth in question rather than stacking charges against me (I was paying out of pocket at this point). After his evaluation, Dr Brumand recommended I decline the procedures offered by the other dentist and then used a camera to show me why he was confident the teeth identified by the other dentist were healthy. He also re-evaluated (and showed me) the other four fillings and explained what showed him they were still healthy. read more
