BEST Decision EVER!!!…read more Since several of my friends have also had liposculpture with Dr. Stratt, I had the benefit of seeing their in-person before's and after's. I'll start by telling you that Dr. Stratt is a truly gifted artist!! As you will see in my photos, his work is fabulous and I couldn't be happier with my results! From the moment I entered Body Care Liposculpture & Anti-Aging Clinic, I felt special - in the most positive way. The staff is super friendly and so nice. After my consultation, and looking through a big book of before & after photos, I knew he was the surgeon for me. It was a great bonus that Dr. Stratt does not use general anesthesia, and I got the sense that he has a great bedside manner. On the day of my surgery, I was excited, but nervous. One of the things that felt really reassuring was that I was the only surgery that day. As the staff explained, Dr. Stratt only does one or two surgeries a day, so that he can take his time and sculpt you perfectly. I think it takes a truly special kind of surgeon to want his patients awake while he is operating. My instincts were right: he has an amazing bedside manner! The whole procedure was much easier than I expected. I thought I would be in pain at some point, however, at the most, I was a little uncomfortable. That said, as soon as I would speak up, the nurse and Dr. Stratt made sure I was comfortable again. By the time the surgery ended, I was giddy with excitement and marveled at all the fat in the containers that was in my body just a few hours earlier. We actually had fun in the O.R. I could hardly wait for my check-up the next day, so I could see my results. Better than I ever imagined! That's what I remember thinking when I first say my "after" body naked in the mirror. The recovery was easy. I was skeptical of my friends who said I'd be up and about in a few days, but they were right! I expected to look better in clothing, but I did not expect this new self-confidence that came with it. My husband, who told me before surgery that I didn't need lipo, can't keep his eyes, or his hands, off my sexy new body. As a youthful 40-something year old woman, I forgot how freeing it feels to love what you see in the mirror; I forgot how blissful it is to walk around my own house not constantly covering myself up because of feeling self-conscience. I feel liberated and renewed! I cannot overstate what a positive change Dr. Stratt has made in my life. If I ever had to do lipo again, and I might still do another area, it will ONLY be with Dr. Stratt. I had his personal cell phone number and unlike other doctors, he answered his when I had an after-hours question. The staff always remembers my name and really makes me feel special every time I go to Body Care. The only regret I have is that I should have done this sooner. This has been the most effective facial that I've had because of the aftermath of the results that I can see and feel. Steps include: Deep cleanse- self explanatory. Exfoliate- gentle buffing of the skin. Extraction- the correct way to remove a blemish. High Frequency- almost like a gentle zap that fights existing blemishes and stops others from surfacing on the skin. Mask- the mask depends on your skin type. My mask was tea tree and salicylic acid because my skin is oily/acne prone. Each of the above steps were gently performed, making me super relaxed, along with the candles and soothing music. Just this week within 48 hours they've called me twice to reschedule as now the doctor is not coming in on Wednesday before a holiday. What is the worst part is when I asked the Office Manager to note English as my preferred language as she left me a voicemail in Spanish her response was "this is Miami". What sort of response is that?! I clearly know where I live and the first language is English not Spanish. One should not make an assumption that I speak Spanish especially with a non-Latin last name. An easy apology would have avoided this all. Your response just lost a patient and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau has been filed. Avoid this business.

I even received a text and a phone call with a reminder the day before. I arrived on time, filled out a bunch of forms and waited. Then I was unceremoniously told that my insurance is "not on the list of accepted" and that "somebody was supposed to call me yesterday about that", and now I'm out of luck. I couldn't believe such staggering negligence. What about my wasted time? The staff member was apologetic and tried to find a mutually acceptable solution by talking to her boss, but rather than acknowledging the fault of his office and respectfully offering an accommodation, Ayar had refused to see me unless I paid for the visit full price in cash. Then they added a suggestion: "You can come back if you get a different insurance". That's it. I was also assured that since this already happened before, the "guilty party" will "get a talking-to" - and that was supposed to somehow make me feel better. You get the idea exactly how this "doctor" sees his customers - not as people whose time and concerns are just as important as his own, but as mere revenue units. Someone's seeking your services should elicit a sense of gratitude, not contempt. And what if they "forget" to tell me something else, far more important than insurance? This medical practitioner surely inspires lots of confidence... I don't know how much of a "dermatology expert" this character Ayar is, but I would not want to rely on and trust with my health to someone who has no respect for customers/patients, lacks basic decency and only has dollar signs on his mind.
