I was debating between getting another wax pass or finally investing in a full body laser…read moretreatment. I found this place on Groupon and was blown away by their customer service from the minute I spoke to a girl on the phone. She told me all abut the laser they use, the pain factor, the type of results, everything. I had so many questions and she answered them all without hesitating. I compared many different prices and sessions and this was by far the best deal. I'm about to head in for my 3rd full body treatment and the results are FANTASTIC. I'm from a Pakistani descent and my hair is very thick and dark all throughout my body. I've had problems with getting rid of it since I was 15. During my first appointment, the lady could tell I was nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and constantly reassured me. She told me I would see results after the first treatment. I didn't really believe her, but the results were epic. My hair growth was down 40% after the first treatment and 20% more after the second treatment. I used to shave 2X a week and now I'm barely shaving 2X a month! I'm so pleased and happy with these results and it's only been 2 sessions! Thank you Kasura Medspa for changing my life. I'm definitely coming here for all my spa needs and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for for laser, Botox, facials, etc.

Finding Debra Matos has been such a blessing. She's incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stands out is how open she is with that knowledge. If she feels like you're not a good candidate or that something won't give you the results you're hoping for, she'll tell you upfront and explain why. I respect that so much. You never feel like she's just trying to take your money. I'm truly grateful we found her. The front desk is either empty or the staff sitting there ignore you when you walk in. When Brooke worked here she was my sole laser technician she was amazing so attentive and lively. Every time is someone new so you do not get to build a rapport with your technician. They are also not the friendliest. Just a completely different atmosphere now that Brooke is gone. I will also mention they moved offices. This new space has better parking and is easier to leave the office.

Dr. Kusuma is an excellent plastic surgeon, and a highly ethical physician. I went to see Dr…read more Kusuma after an unsuccessful neck and lower face lift performed by another plastic surgeon in the area. I don't know what was done to my face by the first plastic surgeon, although I can deduce what happened, but I looked totally different, and for the worse. Dr. Kusuma was able to give me my face back and a much younger and more beautiful one at that. He performed a full-face lift, upper and lower lid surgeries and neck surgery. I look much younger, and my features were not changed. I wasn't pumped up with fillers either. I have my face back. I feel beautiful. I will forever be indebted to Dr. Kusuma (at Suria Plastic Surgery.) I went through a learning experience with the first physician and with Dr. Kusuma. I would like to share what I learned with those that might be shopping for a plastic surgeon. I have been able to compare two plastic surgeons and how they operate. I hope that what I learned will be useful to other people. The items listed below compare the two surgeons. 1. Dr. Kusuma will not ask you to sign endless documents stating that no matter what happens, he is not responsible for the result. 2. Dr. Kusuma will not use general anesthesia for your surgery. 3. Dr. Kusuma films the complete surgery, and he will give you any films you desire to have. So, you actually know what went on during the surgery. 4. Dr. Kusuma will perform the complete surgery himself. He will not allow a "surgical assistant" who has never attended college to close any incisions, or to perform any procedure. 5. After the surgery, every time you visit Dr. Kusuma, photos are taken. He meticulously compares your progress. 6. Dr. Kusuma will not let you go until he deems the final product to be perfect. He will follow through with various measures to achieve total perfection. 7. If you have any problems, it is easy to make an appointment. You will not be asked to wait weeks before you can see him. 8. Dr. Kusuma is very approachable. You will never feel fearful when presenting a concern. If you want to know what kind of physician Dr. Kusuma is, go to YouTube, and view the many videos he has presented there. In addition, the personnel at Dr. Kusuma's office is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. You will feel at home immediately.

Women and men both know that in the heat of South Florida; getting waxed is a necessity. The waxing process is nearly painless because it's really a sugaring treatment especially developed in Brazil. As you walk through the front door, you can feel the professionalism of the spa when you're greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Don't expect to wait long and do your work because my esthetician Chrissy was very much on time. Chrissy was so pleasant and cheerful, and made the whole process of waxing not uncomfortable. This was not my first experience with Natura. I have always been pleased with Natura. Every esthetician that has worked on me has always asked if the wax is too hot or if I'm uncomfortable, because they are so concerned about your comfort. In addition, the estheticians are perfectionists. They will take the time to tweeze every hair to make sure that it looks just perfect when you leave. I did not get any of their facial services when I went, but I have had a facial with them before and it was one of the best experiences I've had. It was almost like having a massage. The aromatherapy and the different creams they use on your face was just like heaven. The prices at Natura are very competitive. The most economical way to purchase your waxing or facial treatments is to join their clubs or purchase a certain number of treatments in advance. You know that you're going to need them, so why not? They offer many different kinds of waxing, so give them a try even for an eyebrow wax. You will be very happy that you did.
