Just this week within 48 hours they've called me twice to reschedule as now the doctor is not coming in on Wednesday before a holiday. What is the worst part is when I asked the Office Manager to note English as my preferred language as she left me a voicemail in Spanish her response was "this is Miami". What sort of response is that?! I clearly know where I live and the first language is English not Spanish. One should not make an assumption that I speak Spanish especially with a non-Latin last name. An easy apology would have avoided this all. Your response just lost a patient and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau has been filed. Avoid this business.

He was referred to me by my primary and he was not in my plan. So I was self pay. And for the cost and leaving there confused. If he took the time and actually looked closer maybe I could've given a good review.

I left Dr. Mounir M. Wassef´s practice with a very, very bad taste in my mouth…read more I first went to see him as a new patient for an annual check up and consultation. During my first visit, I showed him a couple of small, keratosis like lesions that I suspected were cancerous. He agreed and did biopisies. The purpose of my second appointment was to inform me that the biopsies had come back positive for squamous cell carcinoma, something that I am quite familiar with being that I have very fair skin and grew up in a tropical climate. During this second visit, I pointed to yet another lesion on my chest which he had missed during the body check. Another biopsy followed and on my third appointment I was told that this lesion had also come out squamous cell carcinoma. Now, because these were very, very small and incipient, Dr. Wassef informed me that surgery was not needed. He would freeze all three with liquid nitrogen, a procedure that takes seconds and involves no extraction. Dr. Wassef could have done this during this visit, but proceeded to inform me that he would only be able to freeze one at a time because he would not be paid by my insurance otherwise. This was a first to me. As a dermatology patient for many years, the norm has always been to use the liquid nitrogen on various lesions at a time. Hence, on my next appointment, I asked him why he was having me come back time and again. His response was to point to his assistant, who was present, and inform me that he had to "pay for her salary". He then added that he also had to pay for his children's college tuition, etc. At this pronouncement, I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to never go back to this practice. Fortunately, I was able to secure a quick appointment with my previous dermatologist in Miami and take care of ALL three lesions in a single appointment: one billed visit, one co-pay. Dr. Wassef is undoubtedly knowledgeable and competent in his field. He is also personable. What he is not is ethical. He embodies everything that is wrong with our greed infused medical system. What a shame.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Elias and his entire team. From the moment we…read morearrived, the staff was warm, kind, and so attentive -- they immediately put my daughter at ease. Dr. Elias went above and beyond in every way. He took his time with her, explained everything clearly and compassionately, and created a treatment plan that finally made her feel hopeful. My daughter has been so stressed and self-conscious about her acne, and she walked out of his office feeling like a completely new person -- confident, reassured, and truly seen. Dr. Elias has a rare gift not only for dermatology, but for making his patients feel understood and supported. We are incredibly grateful for the care he provided. If you're looking for a dermatologist who genuinely listens, cares, and delivers exceptional expertise, Dr. Elias is outstanding. Highly recommend.

BEST Decision EVER!!!…read more Since several of my friends have also had liposculpture with Dr. Stratt, I had the benefit of seeing their in-person before's and after's. I'll start by telling you that Dr. Stratt is a truly gifted artist!! As you will see in my photos, his work is fabulous and I couldn't be happier with my results! From the moment I entered Body Care Liposculpture & Anti-Aging Clinic, I felt special - in the most positive way. The staff is super friendly and so nice. After my consultation, and looking through a big book of before & after photos, I knew he was the surgeon for me. It was a great bonus that Dr. Stratt does not use general anesthesia, and I got the sense that he has a great bedside manner. On the day of my surgery, I was excited, but nervous. One of the things that felt really reassuring was that I was the only surgery that day. As the staff explained, Dr. Stratt only does one or two surgeries a day, so that he can take his time and sculpt you perfectly. I think it takes a truly special kind of surgeon to want his patients awake while he is operating. My instincts were right: he has an amazing bedside manner! The whole procedure was much easier than I expected. I thought I would be in pain at some point, however, at the most, I was a little uncomfortable. That said, as soon as I would speak up, the nurse and Dr. Stratt made sure I was comfortable again. By the time the surgery ended, I was giddy with excitement and marveled at all the fat in the containers that was in my body just a few hours earlier. We actually had fun in the O.R. I could hardly wait for my check-up the next day, so I could see my results. Better than I ever imagined! That's what I remember thinking when I first say my "after" body naked in the mirror. The recovery was easy. I was skeptical of my friends who said I'd be up and about in a few days, but they were right! I expected to look better in clothing, but I did not expect this new self-confidence that came with it. My husband, who told me before surgery that I didn't need lipo, can't keep his eyes, or his hands, off my sexy new body. As a youthful 40-something year old woman, I forgot how freeing it feels to love what you see in the mirror; I forgot how blissful it is to walk around my own house not constantly covering myself up because of feeling self-conscience. I feel liberated and renewed! I cannot overstate what a positive change Dr. Stratt has made in my life. If I ever had to do lipo again, and I might still do another area, it will ONLY be with Dr. Stratt. I had his personal cell phone number and unlike other doctors, he answered his when I had an after-hours question. The staff always remembers my name and really makes me feel special every time I go to Body Care. The only regret I have is that I should have done this sooner. Thank you Dr. Stratt for helping me be the best and happiest version of myself. If you're considering smart lipo, go to Body Care & have Dr. Stratt do your surgery!! It's the BEST decision I ever made!!!

Let me preface by saying that Erin gives one mother-loving facial!…read more I have been coming here for lymphatic drainage and cellulite/synergie massages for a few months now (also done by Erin) and decided to try a facial. This has been the most effective facial that I've had because of the aftermath of the results that I can see and feel. Steps include: Deep cleanse- self explanatory. Exfoliate- gentle buffing of the skin. Extraction- the correct way to remove a blemish. High Frequency- almost like a gentle zap that fights existing blemishes and stops others from surfacing on the skin. Mask- the mask depends on your skin type. My mask was tea tree and salicylic acid because my skin is oily/acne prone. Each of the above steps were gently performed, making me super relaxed, along with the candles and soothing music. When it was over my skin had an amazing glow and felt refreshed and really clean. Days later, I am still glowing and blemish free. I have promised myself to come once a month! Thanks Erin!!!! *Side note: while waiting for service I've seen many patients receive Botox or recovering from smart lipo and they look amazing! Body Care will satisfy all of your cosmetic needs and leave you feeling gorgeous and fabulous!
