I do not recommend Z-Roc dermatology as anything more than a med spa for Botox and fillers…read more My last review mentioned complications that, at the time, I was put at ease for. Well those complications got worse and were never addressed by the doctors here. I had a cyst removal that turned into a giant scar causing years of consequences. I immediately tried to address this issue but was told it would be fine. It was not fine and turned into an unsightly and painful scar. After visiting for follow ups, I was completely ignored. The doctor did not conduct two layers of stitching, which is common practice. Considering this, the wound completely ripped open because there were no protective stitches under the skin to reinforce the wound. I was never told to come in for a stitching fix, but instead wait and see how it heals. Multiple plastic surgeons I've been to since said that they would have fixed it immediately. I could not be more upset with this office and how everything was handled. At the time I did not have health insurance and paid a lot out of pocket for this. If I had known my treatment would be handled so incompetently, I would have went to a plastic surgeon. I would not recommend Z-Roc for anything medical or dermatology related, and would suggest another dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

Enter my first appointment at Clearly. I was text a confirmation that had a link to a new patient intake form to fill out in advance of my appointment. This is such a great idea by the way. I think we're all done with filling out paper forms with repetitive fields by now! I walked in, was greeted and then checked in with the receptionist. Within a few minutes, Chivante, the Medical Assistant, came out and brought me into the examination room, followed by Allison Sammons, the dermatologist.
