Usha is simply professional, knowledgeable, and confident in her stellar work on skin. This shows through from the initial consultation of what areas she feels we should work on, through her steady handiwork, to the end results. Every time I leave the studio, the results I gain are two folds. And the days following you can clearly see the results. They say skin can glow, and I actually used that phrase after seeing her every time. I can't recommend Usha and her wonderful skills enough. All of my insecurities melted away from the moment I checked in. Dr. Flashner has created something really special- there's a reason he keeps expanding (I think Dedham is the 5th location and they keep adding). I had my initial consultation when the first opened over the summer and it was very low pressure. I've since come in for a couple of different treatments and am always blown away by both the commitment to excellence and the customer service. (It's the little extras like seeing if you'd like a water and ALWAYS calling to follow up with you afterwards that go a long way in my book). Timea might be the kindest person I've ever met. She makes me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of, and she is great about explaining the procedures. I feel like I should have mentioned earlier that in the past I have ventured into the city for any skincare treatments but I am so relieved to have found a place I will keep coming back to so close to home.

I developed keloid scars under both breasts. Still, he did not inform me what I had or how to help myself. He repeatedly advised massaging the area with vitamin E. Keloid scarring is irritating and erythematous. The scars are raised and thick. I would not recommend this doctor. He does not take the time to evaluate each patient properly, and his communication skills are inadequate. I waited to write this to see if my scars would heal over time, and they have not. Working with him was the worst decision I have made in the field of plastic surgery. There is more, as he did three procedures, but I will not go on. I wasted my money and am permanently scarred. The lack of communication left me feeling empty, uncared for, and cheated. Please! Find someone who listens, asks about your health condition and previous procedures, gives you the facts, and treats you like an individual with unique concerns. 12/31/25. She's not judgy, she's not unkind, and she makes the process of ripping your pubic hair out of your body as not-awful as it possibly could be. The room is clean and smells nice. Her assistant Lara is also as kind as can be. She takes cash or checks and everyone is understanding if you don't come by on the regular or have to cancel at the last minute (I disappear for months at a time: my income ain't what it used to be) but if you can only go to one place for the rest of your life for waxing, this is where you should go. She's the best.
