From the moment I drove in, the experience was completely different. I was greeted right away and asked how they could help. I told them I had cans, and the employee directed me where to go, brought me a large basket, and let me know someone would assist me. Another staff member quickly helped, weighed my cans, gave me a receipt, and thanked me for coming. The woman in the payment area was also friendly and efficient. Overall, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. The facility is clean, the staff is helpful, and everything was easy to deal with. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

I simply pulled up around opening time, popped open the trunk of my CRV, associates easily removed the items from my car, & was sent on my merry way. By far the easiest junk removal process I could ask for. We are in Spring & Spring Cleaning is upon us.
