    Global Metal Recycling

Santa Ana, Ca. One of the things I do to occupy my time…read moresince retirement is to strip clean, copper wire and brass products. I kind of like doing it and Global pays cash right after weigh in. I have settled on Global as my only recycle business because of horribly dishonest experiences with several other recycle establishments. One place even had rigged scales. Global offers up the latest competitive prices, and while on any given day you might find a higher price, it just might not be worth it. I've become familiar with the Global process, I know to use the wheeled containers for metals, NOT the cages. For small amounts, your 5 gal. Bucket is fine, they know how much it weighs, and they return it to you. After weigh in, take your ticket to the cashier window and slip it under the window with your drivers license. Get paid and leave. If it's your first time here you may have to wait several days for your money, after that you're good to go! The receipt you get breaks down the weight and price for each group of metals. It's not immediately understandable, but with a bit of study it makes sense.

For about 7 years I have been coming here dropping off copper, usually best price hands down…read more Today was not one of those days, the boys working the line are incompetent, copper heat exchangers same ones I have been turning in for 7 years they decided today they were bronze and robbed me of several 100 dollars, their response.... You can pack it all back up.... Its was nearly 1000lb of copper they decided wasn't copper and knew I wouldn't want to load that all back up. Unreal criminal crooks. They are copper heat exchangers all day every day from pool heaters not bronze or brass or whatever else they wanna call it that day. Only reason they get 2 stars is they have a good track record but not today. Hopefully this is one bad day..... w one idiot working and they re train him properly. I'll try once more once I get another large load. I've sent countless coworkers here for copper recycling won't be doing that anymore. Shady business today shady business

Perhaps a lawyer should look into your false advertising and misrepresentation of your business. Also the residents of Anaheim should file a class action lawsuit against this recycling center who has no professionalism, lack of business code of conduct and ethical standards and practice and also putting humans health in danger and pose a serious health risk to all who have come here to turn in their cans and plastic. Your infectious disease recycling center should be consider a contaminated toxic environment which those who work and run the place need to be shut down for participating in unethical behavior that has caused biological consequences to even being near your site. The stench of a dumpster that's been in the heat for years without being cleaned obviously all party's involve with gloves owner, workers know if they touch those bins they know it contains biological waste that touching it would cause harm to the public. You have no right to be open for business and nor should you ever be able to run a business anywhere after seeing how you operate this site. The trash cans smell like S*** and Piss and that means and contamination and bacteria all over the place. I do know how you people sleep at night knowing that your defrauding the community and when ask to weigh a bin you only told me how much weight there is on the bin. That means you're not even ethical enough to allow your customer to see what your tear is on the bin when ask. When was the last time that weight machine was calibrated and checked to see if it was accurate. This was no trick to the trades kinda day. You also are set in a area where you can easily be trapped by all these other people who look out for this location because of their other ghost business which does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the employee and other associations are obvious that by the grace of god in which I shall prey is that hopefully the light from above will burn through your wicked behavior!

All you need is your ID to show proof of residency. I recently went through our old shed, which hasn't been cleaned in a few years. I managed to get rid of a few paint canisters, paint buckets, cleaning chemicals & more. I had about 2 medium sized boxes worth of items. I simply pulled up around opening time, popped open the trunk of my CRV, associates easily removed the items from my car, & was sent on my merry way. By far the easiest junk removal process I could ask for. We are in Spring & Spring Cleaning is upon us.
