Sheree led the introduction course to explain the services they offer and how each person would be assigned a counselor to help them with their resumes, interviewing, networking and more! Their training seminars on LinkedIn, Networking, Interviewing,and Negotiating the Job Offer were very useful and informative. Kathy was my assigned counselor and she did a great job of helping me restructure my resume and run through some mock interview questions. She was quick to respond to emails and return phone calls and I sincerely thank her and the rest if the R&T staff for helping me land my new job! My rep puts blame on everything else but herself and her department for each time they don't register pto or short you on your pay and claim they'll make it up next check. Their employee portal gives you zero information about your assignment. The paystubs lack all kinds of information and show the bare minimum of information. They don't give you a way to see your hours worked or logged. They claim it's all up to the employer. I guess it's cheaper to hire a headache of a company rather than pay your employees outright for overtime they've earned! Everstaff as a whole doesn't offer any benefits. If they do they never answered my email or shared links to where I can access them. Overall I'm disheartened to work under them. I like my job post but feel annoyed and upset with the constant battle the staffing agency offers.

It was a complete waste of my time because they were like your resume doesn't match our client qualifications but we can keep your resume on file for future opportunities.... Please reply with interest" So I 'replied with interest' and my latest resume and get this response: "​I wish I could help you Peter, but I don't think I can." I have learned the hard way that if a recruiter such as Alliance contacts you and they obviously have not established your work experience as a fit then they are obviously phishing such as in my case. My resume can now be dissected to establish their own leads such as company locations and contacts and contracts. I have received multiple emails from them and they have never once submitted me to a job. Avoid any contact with them.
