After almost 2 weeks I received no response to my e mails and when I contacted the business my call was not returned or the voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. Since I was getting no where just waiting around I went in to see what was going on. At this point it was almost 3 weeks since I dropped off my tax information and come to find that the taxes were not even started. The owner was very arrogant and always has an excuse for why he can't return calls or why his voicemail is full. I guess you get what you pay for and cheap is not always better.
