If over three hours in target were an ant hill, urban air would be Mount Everest. I reached the peak of exhaustion and overstimulation. It's difficult for me to recount the details of my past. I'm sad to say I have dedicated a small portion of my life to a warehouse, no matter if it was full of electrical gadgets and gizmos. Lights and toddlers were constantly whirling across the arcade and bouncing areas. I must admit the dip n dots vending machine was a highlight. Additionally, I frequently lost my footing due to the masses of youth who altered my reality. I had never felt so lost. However! In a thrilling turn of events, my excruciating troubles were temporary. Urban air has cleansed my internal aching. I am purified. Everything, in comparison to my urban air past, has gained beauty. I have been rejuvenated. I believe everyone deserves to rejoice in the journey that is urban air.

Smaller children are welcomed in the park and have to be supervised by an adult for ages four and under. Laser tag is catered to ages 7 and up. My 3 year old was able to navigate through some experiences in the park alone. There are various slides and drop I would not encourage for the younger children. There were various activites for the children to do in the inflatable park. Grippy socks are not allowed in the park. This establishment offers reasonable pricing for food. My children loved the cheese pizzas and slushies. There are seats by the inflatable park for adults to sit in while they watch their children. Lockers are also provided. There are places to put your coat throughout the establishment. There were plenty of staff on the premises who were all friendly and healthy. Chris was super friendly and kind during laser tag.

The place was filthy, and staff were not paying attention to jumpers AT ALL. I could not even order a water because no one was around. Shortly into jumping police arrived due to some type of violence with staff and guests. The police had to make arrests. On top of all of this they charged me unknowingly for months of "memberships" that I supposedly signed up for. I NEVER was told this nor did I want a membership, ESPECIALLY after the experience. It took me 3 weeks to make MULTIPLE attempts to get reimbursed for a charge I never agreed to. Please do not bring your children here. In my opinion, this place should be shut down.

Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

When you jump in the foam pits a cloud of DUST flys up in the air. I picked an old bandaid off my daughters pants that came from one of those pits. Very disappointed. There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)
