Looking for something fun to do on a cold night with our 9 year old nephew we decided on Aero. There's ton to do here, for young and old. My only complaint would be there "wasn't enough staff on" to run some attractions. The three of us had a great time.

Been here a million times.. have always had a blast. Unfortunately this time- there was no parent pass available to purchase. I always love to do a little bit of jumping with my daughter and friends. Got here right at opening 3:00pm on a Tuesday it was completely dead. I stepped foot on one trampoline and a staff member was there in moments to "kick me off". I couldn't even believe it !!! I will not spend another cent here. I'll go right over to Urban Air instead where a parent pass is available for purchase rather than a full price ticket !!!!

While visiting family we wanted to take my daughter and her cousins out. We chose this place because what kid wouldn't like to run and jump around? This place was lit, seriously had a DJ playing some hip hop & pop music and it was glow night so that was pretty cool. They also have an area with slides and a ball pit, kind of like a mini indoor playground. All the kids had fun even the adults!! If you're looking for a place for everyone to enjoy themselves this is the place!

They added the playground area and took out mini arcade which I think works a lot better!

I have been to a couple other locations in Toronto, Atlanta, and I think Charlotte. First thing about me is that I am super competitive but in a fun way and not in an annoying way. Our group was a small but manageable total of six people. We started out on the first race track then had some libations before going on the second track. Both tracks were quick, but the second track seemed to be a little bit faster plus it did allow you to be able to slide less in the corners, but the track was quite curvy so you definitely needed to know how to drive. In between sessions we went back and have more drinks before finishing up two more runs on the track. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed it. One of the guys in our group even had the top 15th time in the country for that day. We realized pretty quickly that if you were in the first car or the last car then your times would be a lot better than anyone else's because you did not have to hit the brace as much and you could have a better time. The food was good and we got served very quickly. We placed food orders as we proceeded to do ax throwing. The one thing I did really like about the ax throwing was the fact that they were projected games onto the board so it wasn't just target practice. The games varied from connect for to tic-tac-toe to skills targeting. It was quite nice! I will definitely get some people together to go back with and have fun because I really need to get in that top 15 ranking!! Lol we did not play any other games while we were there. The bathrooms were immaculate. They had soap to be able to wash your hands, and there were plenty of paper towels as well. The business also make sure they had someone to be able to answer questions and act as a representative to make sure things go smoothly. All I can say is that they are top-notch.

Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

Also, the venue is very dirty. Foam pieces and dirt everywhere. There seems to be multiple complaints regarding this issue, but it appears this has not been addressed. The manager is quite nice, though. I forget her name- Brianna maybe? +2 rating because of her.

Add to that within the first five minutes RIGHT NEXT TO A SIGN SAYING RESPECT OUR EMPLOYEES no swearing etc. One of them was calling the other f#$_ng Stupid in front of kids! When your own employees behave like neanderthals how dare you have signs demanding people respect them? Irony at its finest. I have pictures of some of this and will be sending the any local news outlet who wishes to share them. For the prices charged this really was a letdown. We won't ever be back, may file a partial chargeback with our credit card company for services rendered and will share this to anyone who will listen. Look at my extensive history of google reviews,I don't write reviews this long or this negative without reason. I give this place an F.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)
