Upon stumbling onto this establishment, I personally found this to be one of the best sex shops I've encountered so far. The selection of toys was outstanding. I will say it was a little crazy with how many toys they had. The prices were very reasonable. Upon the other shops I've visited this by far has the largest selection of toys. I sometimes got lost trying to find a certain toy and I'd end up finding more of what I was looking for in the wrong place. They are very diligent in checking your ID to make sure you are of age to enter which is great! They don't discriminate either based on race, sex, or how old you looked. They will card you and it's nice to know that everyone gets the treatment. The staff is very nice. Very friendly. They will ask you if you need help and if not they'll leave you to your lonesome. Sometimes a different employee would ask you if you needed help and it isn't there fault as they are looking to help better the customer experience and make your purchase worth it. The store is very clean. A lot of clean organization and no dirt or bugs to worry about. Special shout-out to Rachel. As I was checking out she got excited and was very encouraging, friendly, and made me feel better about myself with purchasing some rather embarrassing items. Such a wonderful display of customer service in an area that is considered taboo to most. Rachel really made the experience all the more better. If I could give it 8/5 stars I would.

I came back in to shop for a gift. I went there on a Friday night and they had at least 10 people between being on the floor and working the register. Guests came and left, but they were highly overstaffed for the amount of traffic in the store. The staff follows you even after you make a purchase to make sure that you are leaving! The store has a lot of items, which can be overwhelming, especially if you are new there, so if someone says they are just looking and they'll let you know if they have questions - they probably mean it! They made me feel very uncomfortable following me and staring every time I touched something. The fat guy at the door is altogether rude and that's no way to begin a visit. There were a few exceptions to 1 or 2 acceptable attitudes, but this place is run like the county jail!

The Pink side is bright and colorful and is made to appeal to a younger audience--teens and college students. The VS side is more dimly lit and targets an older crowd. Angel Card holders get additional savings but I refuse to open a credit card for panties. If you're on the email list, you get alerted of all the deals...I avoid looking at my email so I can save my money! They also send coupons in the mail--which many stores have gotten away from. Also, you can pick up free items (a tote, slippers, a cosmetic pouch) with a minimum purchase--usually $75. Prices are relatively high compared to big box store undergarments but the quality is significantly better. There are usually plenty of sales associates on the floor to provide assistance. The store can be a little disorganized at times, especially the panty drawers but that's to be expected. The lines can be obnoxiously slow, even when there are 4 registers open. The little items by the registers make for good gifts or travel items. Victoria's Secret is my go-to for gift cards for my friends.
