There's plenty of parking ... the interior is well lit ... and the sales floor is well stocked. I knew what I wanted after browsing their website. My goal was to establish the size and place the order as I wanted a particular Columbia hooded down jacket in a trendy tobacco color. I was approached quickly, tried on a few Columbia jackets and within minutes, the friendly and very helpful sales associate placed the order. In three days, my jacket arrived. It is perfect and arrived just in time for the 32 degree temperature forecasted for tomorrow. REI should be your 'go to' for everything you need for your outdoor activities ... fishing, skiing, hunting, hiking, etc., ... accessories, too.
