Just talking to the lady to schedule the appointment was terrifying but she made me feel comfortable. Trying to walk into the building the day of the appointment was a whole other challenge. I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. They also have markers on the floor to make sure customers are 6 ft apart while waiting in line. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and clothes are neatly hung/folded. Besides their VS brand clothes, this store also carries a small variety of PINK brand clothes, beauty and perfume. If you are looking for just PINK stuff, they have a PINK store on the opposite end of the mall. I love stopping by the store during holiday season to see all the fun holiday colors on display on the mannequins.

When the salesperson answered the phone, I very politely explained that I had a quick question about their merchandise, and her reply was, "It BETTER be quick", in an extremely rude tone. I'm not thin-skinned, but that really turned me off. I can think of about 10 different ways she could have engaged with me to let me know they were busy without being rude, and I would have been ok with it, but that doesn't sound like anyone who wants my business, so I said, "That's ok, never mind" and I went right to the next closest licensed retailer, who was more than happy to talk to me and answer my truly quick question.

We had heard they don't have fitting rooms, so we wore leggings and tank tops so we could try on over our clothes, which there are mirrors and racks around for you to do. It is a little tricky to know what something like a dress will look like with your clothes on under. The clothes are organized by style and color, and I will say the staff is on top of everything staying clean, it's not as chaotic as similar stores. Things are mostly under the wrong size, through. What turned me off the most wasn't the selection, but the fact that they are charging $30-$40 for items with giant holes or that are covered in stains. I would say 70%+ of the items were damaged, a lot of it irreparable. Even if a dress was originally $200 and you're selling it for $40, it's not a deal if the zipper is broken, there is ink splattered all over it, or there is a hole the size of my head in it. It was just a little disappointing to get excited about something and then find something was wrong with it with almost every item I selected.
