Excellent customer service by a really helpful, personable, friendly team that couldn't do enough for you. The car was immaculate and the entire process was a dream. These guys could train the other car hire companies in how it's done. They are a first class example in how to deliver excellent service to customers. From there we had to spend a night in London without our luggage. We filed a lost luggage claim and 1 suitcase was delivered and the reference number when we called was under a completely different name. Set up another claim as we are traveling around Ireland and not in one spot and again one bag being delivered, and we are headed to a new location tomorrow. I have been trying to get through for over 3 hrs having to call back to back because I get put on hold for 5 min and my call is dropped. We had to take the train, then the ferry to get into Ireland. I have sent emails asking for a phone call and haven't received a single call. The unexpected costs for clothing, transportation and lodging aren't ideal on a vacation and we aren't even sure will get refunded. If I could give them no stars I would! But I have to put at least 1 to post a review.

Overall very clean and staff was always very helpful. Con: the walls are thin and if you have noisy neighbors (we could hear someone's movie line for line) it can be annoying.
