HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived in London, we were supposed to be on a connecting flight to Ireland. We were at our gate 2 hours early waiting and they changed the gate number without an announcement. Therefore we missed our flight. 10 of us missed our flight with no call for passengers either! From there we had to spend a night in London without our luggage. We filed a lost luggage claim and 1 suitcase was delivered and the reference number when we called was under a completely different name. Set up another claim as we are traveling around Ireland and not in one spot and again one bag being delivered, and we are headed to a new location tomorrow. I have been trying to get through for over 3 hrs having to call back to back because I get put on hold for 5 min and my call is dropped. We had to take the train, then the ferry to get into Ireland. I have sent emails asking for a phone call and haven't received a single call. The unexpected costs for clothing, transportation and lodging aren't ideal on a vacation and we aren't even sure will get refunded. If I could give them no stars I would!
