I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. Will use them again if i'll need urgent care again.

The person on the phone was nice and provided all the information i needed and confirmed my insurance will cover it free. I went to the facility and they greeted me walking in and sign in was a breeze. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. In another 3 minutes then i was out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my visit and plan to come back whenever i need any medical needs from them!

I also had to request for a copy of the lab results separately because they weren't provided to me, so technically, without attending this appointment or following up myself, I wouldn't know have even known my annual physical results. I never had to pay for physicals with other primary care providers, so getting this additional "medical visit" charge for reviewing my annual lab results just feels really unsavory. It feels like a double billing. Also I was charged a small amount for the labs from Quest Labs which is bizarre.

I was forced to resolve the situation myself by calling Sav-On in Arcadia to transfer the prescription from CVS. This should never fall on a parent to fix. My first appointment I called and said and let them know that I just switched my provider to Dr. Peter when I arrived. I signed in and sat for 10 minutes reading before finally walking up and asking if I needed to do paperwork. I did as a first time patient. I completed it and waited for 15 minutes before going back up as it was now 15 minutes after my appointment time only to find out that they wouldn't see me today because , my provider change didn't show up on their end and it would take a weeks or so before it would.
