We had the pleasure of playing the new game with 7 family members (kiddos included). I must say, ARC you always truly aim to please. All of us were once again so impressed and loved the experience. Highly recommend to all who love a good challenge. Thanks again Adventure Rooms Canada Much appreciated read more

Charged $50 for a $7 toy bug and still harassing me after I returned it. My son accidentally took home a small plastic bug from one of their rooms. I'm a single mom from out of town and took full responsibility right away. For almost two weeks, they called and emailed me **daily** -- sometimes multiple times a day -- even though I stayed in constant contact and told them I would bring it back after Halloween. I do a large Halloween setup every year for local children, so I was extremely busy, but I never once said I wouldn't return it. On the day I planned to finally bring the bug back, my truck broke down and needed a new fuel pump, towing, and repairs. Without even reaching out to ask what happened, they went ahead and **charged my bank card $50 without notice or permission.** That was my gas money to actually come and return the bug -- which, by the way, costs about $7 online. After borrowing gas money, I *still* drove back and returned the item in person. Instead of an apology, I've since been **harassed and pressured** to make my daughter delete her own review -- with them even saying my refund "could be delayed" if she doesn't. This review is from me, Patricia. I was upfront, responsible, and in contact the entire time. They chose to overcharge me, threaten me, and keep bothering my family over a $7 toy bug. If you enjoy being treated unfairly, charged without consent, and badgered nonstop, Adventures Rooms Niagara Falls is definitely the place for you. read more

Adventure Rooms Canada - The bug they charge 50 dollars for - Escape Games Near Me - Niagara Falls, Ontario

There's no themes to the rooms, cheap props/puzzles and overpriced - could have been alot better. Ive been to multiple escape rooms and this ones at the bottom of the list for me read more

This is where I played my first ever escape room and this will always be the place I come to play more of their rooms and always recommend them!!! Hands down the best Escape room company in all of CANADA. highly recommend playing their Kitchener and Niagara games, I'd start with the high escape rate games if I were a newbie but if youre a pro they got games for you too ! will be back for another adventure with you guys! read more

Loved this place. Most difficult escape room we have been to, yet it also the most interesting. We did "missing finger" room and some puzzles were just crazy! The guys who created this room are very creative, I never seen these types of puzzles and ques before in other places. Totally out of ordinary! We were able to escape but with few helpful hints from the staff and with 15 min extra time. Oh, well :) We had a blast and I highly recommend this place, it's the best escape room we have been to. read more

I came here with a bachelorette party and competed in the "duel" scenario. Even though there wasn't really a theme, I enjoyed the experienced immensely. I thought the the clues were very logical and not random like some other escape rooms I've visited. There were many fun board games in the large waiting area and the host was fantastic. I highly recommend this place! read more

We did The Missing Finger with Nick (hosting) virtually and had 5 people. We all got to participate and we were thrilled how well this went as it was the first time trying to do one virtually. This particular room was very well thought out and our team was very impressed. We had people in different states so it was fun to be able to get with family to do this kind of thing. Nick - you are an excellent person to do this because you didn't lead or give anything away. We kept thinking we were done but then the room surprised us one more time - which is the best kind of room. read more

I booked the Adventure Room in Niagara falls for our group of 4 after having a really great experience at the Kitchener location. There is street parking available in the area and we found the lobby of the adventure room to be spacious and appeared to be brand new. Our host was friendly and gave excellent instructions regarding the escape room. Having participated in several escape rooms around Ontario, I found this room to be well executed. "The Missing Finger" was highly difficult, utilizing creative puzzles and fast-paced challenges over a 60 minute time period. We, unfortunately, did not manage to escape in the time limit. We were SOOOO close which left the last minute of time stressful, exhilarating, and adrenaline pumping, truly revealing how we all manage pressure. Even with the defeat, we left with big smiles on our faces as we discussed where things went wrong and immediately itching to play another escape room. If you're looking for something different to do with a group of friends or family, this high intense activity requires participants to think outside of the box and step out of their comfort zone. With there being only the one room currently at the Niagara location, I will definitely be heading back to Kitchener to try my hand at another escape room from Adventure Room Canada. -Ashley Marie read more

No themes, just a bunch of random puzzles scattered about as they lock you into a room. I much prefer themes just cause shit, why not, but the end result is the same; fun, time-sensitive puzzles to figure out while yelling at your incompetent partners and blaming them for everything (I don't condone this practice). There were some great and challenging puzzles here. I thoroughly enjoyed it. read more

This weekend, we had a combined bachelorette party for my sister and her best friend. This was our first stop for the day, and they had no idea what we had planned for them. So we drove from Cambridge to Niagara Falls and pulled up to the Adventure Room. Everyone was excited. We were running a bit late because of traffic, but that didn't stop us or limit our time in the rooms. We had a group of nine of us, and we split into two teams (team purple and team pink). We had a timer set to 30 minutes for each room, and then we switched. In the first room, our team (team purple) we had four of us; it took us about 10 minutes to figure out our first clue to get to the next one to solve this puzzle, but we more than made up time finishing about 70% of the first room and 80% of the second room. Team Pink had us beat (they also had a fifth person) but we had so much fun. The staff member who hosted us, explained the rules, the rooms, what we could and couldn't do, gave us hints (our team needed a lot! HA!) and overall was wonderful to our entire group. The price for this was decent and was worth the drive. It was also mentioned they had a location in Kitchener which is way closer to where I live, so I hope to venture out to that one one day! read more

My wife and I are huge fans of escape rooms. This was our ninth, and it's easily tied with the best one we've ever done. The customer service may easily have put it in the lead. I would suggest making a reservation, since they're fairly popular, and can book up quickly. We arrived out of the blue, and luckily we were able to get into a room. The staff were excellent, and we chatted for a bit before our time. We did The Missing Finger, which isn't gruesome at all, despite the name. We managed to get out with about 3 minutes left, and I feel like the puzzles were just perfect. Nothing too crazy, nothing too easy, and enough to fill our time. We'll definitely be back to try The Collector, and I would have no problem recommending this room to anyone. read more

This is one of the best rooms we've ever done. We did "The Collector." Some of the reviews made me nervous, stating that it wasn't a traditional room with a theme, but it is. Puzzles are completed one at a time in a specific order, and the rooms are nicely decorated. Hard, but not too hard. We were given hints, as needed, through a "mail slot" in the wall. Great experience! read more

I booked this location for my work as a team building activity and was hoping I'd made a good choice...well it turns out I really did! Five Stars for providing an amazing experience to our group! We did "The Missing Finger" as a duel since we had a larger group of about 12 people. The duel worked amazingly for our purposes since it really is a team experience, and we had different people from different departments working together. It was also fun competing against a group of our colleagues (for bragging rights, of course! lol). Each group does one of the two rooms for 30 mins and then you take a short break and switch. The puzzles were logically created and while there were red herrings (those are to be expected!), it was super fun and we were able to make it through almost the whole thing. The people that ran the rooms were awesome, very friendly and knew just when to get us a hint. They take about 6 months to craft together a new room, so I can't wait to see what they come up with next. After the event, everyone was saying about how they wanted to do another. Having been to a number of rooms, I think Adventure Rooms was probably the best I've been to yet! read more

One of the best escape rooms we've done, puzzles and hints were different from other escape rooms, all escape rooms are multiroom. We did missing finger first, and it was so good that we went back and did the collector that same evening. read more

Took my boyfriend here for his first escape room experience, and it blew both of us away! Amazing staff who let us stay past our allotted time because there was no one waiting for our room. We had so much fun with the Missing Finger that we decided to do another right after! Perfect experience :) read more

This was the best room escape we tried so far! We did "the collector", it's two rooms packed with amazing puzzles, what a fantasy! Some of the things were just unbelievable e.g. dropping down "elevator" door. We did well in the first room but were a bit slow in the second one (took a wrong lead), and it took us extra 10 min to get out. Had a amazing time and will certainly come back for "the missing finger" room. read more

This was my first time doing an escape room. We did the missing fingers room, and it was very fun and engaging. The puzzles were tricky but also logical and exciting to discover. Each room had an interesting, thematic design, which made the progression feel very satisfying. The friendly staff made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend to anyone, and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Really enjoyed our first time participating in an adventure room. Didn't solve all the puzzles but had a good time trying!

We're a couple escape room enthusiasts who've done 80+ escape rooms and Missing Finger at Adventure Rooms Canada ranked near the worst. First the good, though: The staff was very enthusiastic and clearly happy to have us there and genuinely excited about the rooms. It was pretty endearing. It almost pains me to criticize the rooms as both the employees were so nice, but I feel you should know what you're getting into. Also, there were one or two puzzles/surprises in the room that were genuinely well done and exciting. Now, the bad: we were intrigued because they boast about not having a story and having rooms that are strictly puzzle driven, which is uncommon in this industry were most rooms at least try to have a story/theme. We assumed that meant we'd get a whole bunch of outstanding puzzles that drove the fun, but instead we got a long sequence of mediocre and disjoint puzzles. The room was flooded with red herrings. We strongly dislike rooms that derive their difficulty from pointless misdirection instead of novel puzzles. For several puzzles I inquired afterwards, how are you supposed to know that X works like this or that Y goes there? Response: "Oh, there's no reason. You just have to figure it out." The operator would occasionally feed us hints through a digital display to help us sift through the BS, but many of hints made it seem like they couldn't see or hear us. As an example, some props have red dots on them. We spent several minutes trying to tease out what to with these and eventually got the hint "Red dots..." Later on when we were completely stuck and definitely not having fun anymore we requested a hint and got "Sorry, you can't request hints..." We were pretty stunned by this as pretty much every room we've ever done allows you to request at least some hints, and they seem particularly essential in a room where *most* things in the room are pointless. In the end we got out with seconds to spare, which would normally be quite thrilling, but we were just ready for it to be over. read more

I've done both rooms with a group of friends. They are both fantastic. Loads of fun. A few of the puzzles had us all stumped however they do give you clues along the way if required. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Good prices for an hours worth of entertainment. Plus - you get to laugh and converse afterwards about the full game. Great time. read more
