In the waiting area there's a few puzzles to solve with a lock that opens a box of treats if you get it correct. I thought this was a really fun idea ! When ready, you sign a waiver and are brought into a briefing room to watch a short video. You are able to lock up your belongings in a locker. Puzzles were at a great difficulty level - not too easy not too hard. Lots of things to solve which kept everyone in our group busy and working together! We were successful in solving the room - success rate for our room/level was just under 30%. After you're finished, your group can go back into the briefing room for a team photo. There are props, hats, etc. available. Staff was very kind and explained everything very well. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable (ex. door is always unlocked should someone need to leave). There are help buttons in all rooms in case your group needs a clue if stuck as well. Overall a fantastic time, highly recommend !

Ok this place was so much fun!!!…read more This is like a life sized, Mario party mini games recreation (in my mind anyways). Before you arrive, you need to sign a waiver since it involves a lot of physical activity. Then when you sign in you are giving a wristband to play the games and a wristband for a locker if needed. The building is a bunch of separate rooms and each room has a different set up which holds a few different types of games that are possible to be played. You check into a room by tapping your wristband at the front of it. And then get to select which game you'd like to play on a screen outside the room. The people playing inside will be notified to leave the room once their current level is completed (whether successfully or not). The set up is quite well done and you never feel like you're waiting a long time for a room or getting kicked out often of the rooms you're playing in. I felt like a kid again, running around playing all kinds of fun, cooperative games. And as I looked around I noticed people of all ages were there. Good ol' family fun. I will be back again!

We did a little bit of both and I could see how either approach would work just fine.

We later learned the AC had reportedly been out of service for about two weeks, yet no one contacted us in advance to let us know or offer the option to reschedule. Had we known, we never would have brought a group of children into those conditions. An Orange Heat Alert was in effect, and both children and adults became overheated. Some showed signs of heat exhaustion, and the kids were struggling to participate. Instead of enjoying their birthday, they left sweaty and disappointed. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to our party was called away to a lengthy staff meeting while we were the only party there. We struggled to get water refills when they were most needed. Mara was helpful whenever she was available, but overall the staff seemed unprepared, and no manager came to check on our group or address the situation. What was most disappointing wasn't just the broken AC--it was how the situation was handled. There was no advance warning, no apology from the GM, no effort to mitigate the conditions with fans, complimentary cold drinks, arcade passes, or any other accommodation. Customer safety and satisfaction should have been the priority. We paid a hefty price for a memorable birthday celebration and instead experienced an unsafe and deeply disappointing afternoon. I hope management takes responsibility for how this was handled so other families don't have the same experience.
