Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!! I kept seeing videos of this place on Tiktok and it got me hooked! Their videos really lived up to it's hype. They have all sorts of games that challenged your agility, problem solving and speed. I really enjoyed the super grid, hide (gave squid game vibes), and hoops room the most. You can play competitively or co-op and they have I think 10 levels for each game. They also gave us a locker to put all our stuff in. It was $25 plus tax for 75 mins of gaming. If you are a gamer or looking for a fun night out with friends, this is the place for you. Easy to find with plenty of parking, Activate is a gaming center with interactive gaming and puzzle rooms. You can work as a team or compete against each other in each mini game. I enjoyed that the experience is timed and let's you visit and play as many of the over 20 games as possible. I also enjoyed the automated process when you enter a game with your group. You scan your wrist band at the check in screen where the game is and you follow the prompts. Once your game is done you are instructed to leave the room, so the next group can play. However, there were times where people would take their time leaving and would ruin the start of our game. We spoke to the front desk and they apologized and knew that this is an issue they are working on a solution. Games includes laser mazes, target shooting, hoops, puzzle rooms and more! Ok this place was so much fun!!! This is like a life sized, Mario party mini games recreation (in my mind anyways). Before you arrive, you need to sign a waiver since it involves a lot of physical activity. Then when you sign in you are giving a wristband to play the games and a wristband for a locker if needed. The building is a bunch of separate rooms and each room has a different set up which holds a few different types of games that are possible to be played. You check into a room by tapping your wristband at the front of it. And then get to select which game you'd like to play on a screen outside the room. The people playing inside will be notified to leave the room once their current level is completed (whether successfully or not). The set up is quite well done and you never feel like you're waiting a long time for a room or getting kicked out often of the rooms you're playing in. I felt like a kid again, running around playing all kinds of fun, cooperative games. And as I looked around I noticed people of all ages were there. Good ol' family fun. This was a really fun experience. It reminds me of those games you'd see in them retrofuturistic movies. Wish I could come here as a kid. We explored all the different rooms and played different games. They ranged from games of perception and patience while others involve fairly intense physical activity. All of them were very fun, but the ones that appealed to me the most were from Push. The base price for a 75 minute session is $25, a reasonble amount. They also add incentives to come back with rewards for accumulating your score from the games; I got a water bottle for achieving "Level 2". It definitely lives up to the hype :) they had many game rooms with different equipments filled with various activities. Some activities provide great physical exercise and some requires more puzzle solving. There is something for everyone! The price is very reasonable at $25 per person for an hr. Check in was super easy and you're competing against the facility and other places in North America! 5/5 would definitely come back. This place is dope. My friends and I are always looking for new, fun and exciting experiences to try, and Activate did not disappoint. When we went we really had no clue what to expect, but the staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There are many options of games to choose from, and I especially like that if someone is waiting, you can't just keep going. You can pick your skill level and then once you get a hang of it, it will level up for you. Great activity for people of all ages! read more

Absolutely blast. I was taken as a surprise for my birthday and it was so much fun. Great for all ages 10-50. Really clean, fun games. The lockers used for keeping valuables are huge, which allows parties with multiple people to just keep all their stuff in one locker. My group managed to win free water bottles too. 75 minutes of play time was plenty for my body to feel sore the next day. Great exercise! read more

Honestly I went there like 2 months ago and loved it. The staff was so fun and amazing and made the day so much fun. I went there again last week and I don't know what happened but no it's not the same. Poor staff seemed like they did not want to be there. I always judge a place by how happy there staff if. So sad.
