Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!!…read more I kept seeing videos of this place on Tiktok and it got me hooked! Their videos really lived up to it's hype. They have all sorts of games that challenged your agility, problem solving and speed. I really enjoyed the super grid, hide (gave squid game vibes), and hoops room the most. You can play competitively or co-op and they have I think 10 levels for each game. They also gave us a locker to put all our stuff in. It was $25 plus tax for 75 mins of gaming. It was very fun and tiring but I would definitely come back again. I can't wait til they open up their Toronto location!

I enjoyed that the experience is timed and let's you visit and play as many of the over 20 games as possible. I also enjoyed the automated process when you enter a game with your group. You scan your wrist band at the check in screen where the game is and you follow the prompts. Once your game is done you are instructed to leave the room, so the next group can play. However, there were times where people would take their time leaving and would ruin the start of our game. We spoke to the front desk and they apologized and knew that this is an issue they are working on a solution. Games includes laser mazes, target shooting, hoops, puzzle rooms and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for a team building activity or a night out with friends

We had some issues with the set up since they were fairly new and they ended up giving us some extra time. I thought that gesture went a long way. The pricing was not too bad.i thought the experience was really worth the price we paid. The experience really made me feel I was more involved into the game and environment. Their facility was generally well kept and clean. They wiped down the head set after each use, so that was reassuring. Overall, I'll be down to visit and play again if I was in the GTA. They were super helpful and there's a short tutorial. I only tried a few games, one was a bow and arrow game and another was a zombie apocalypse. It was more realistic that I thought it would be.. I had a great time!! It was really cool. The price was reasonable and you pay by the hour. I'd recommend a one hour session bc half an hour is not enough to play and get used to virtual reality. :p Bring a friend and you get a discount! I'd go back to try another game :) Highly recommend it.

I'm super excited that vivid will be expanding soon with a larger space and bar. We found Vivid VR…read moreafter I saw an Instagram ad for the rec room. The rec room locations in Canada had really terrible reviews and we decided to look local. Vivid's website was pretty easy to use and book our appointments, we went with the $30 pp premium for an hour (all the standard games + some others). I suggest coming earlier to get used to the controls, it's a little different. We had so much fun, highly recommended. I do love the free classic arcade games in the front that we can play as we wait. Thoughtful touch. Wish it was located more downtown near all the bars and nightlife, this place would be an even bigger hit. Looking forward to the new developments. I'd def come back again.

Wow!! It was super fun! I have always wanted to try VR gaming. Because of the price of owning on…read moreitself is expensive, this is a great opportunity for people who never experience VR gaming before. I forgot the name of the games that I played, but definitely try the one where you shoot the robots. It was so exciting and a bit scary as the game went on. You had the ability to move around and shoot them. Another game that I played was fighting off the demons. Had a blast killing them!! But the one down side of it was that, we weren't able to move around. Just station at one spot, but it was still fun. I'm probably the worst gamer...not coordinated at all and have a high chance that I will die first. But it was pretty easy to pick up, so I can imagine that anyone like me can have fun too. Before it was our turn, we were waiting on a group of 3 kids. Anyone could see their excitement in playing the game. It's perfect for all ages, and another way for parents to bond with the children. The customer service was great! I believe his name was Ken... Could be wrong. But he was super helpful for us beginners.

The employees were very helpful and the equipment (HTC Vive) was sufficient. The experience could've been much better for a company event if it displayed our actual names instead of randomized names, and if some people had a bit more time to get used to VR. There were the standard difficulties with glasses, people not understanding controls, and people having trouble seeing clearly...all of which might have been cleared up with a bit extra time at the start. Still, it was a great experience.

A layman's review of a Virtual Reality spot!…read more Take off your shoes. Get in your booth. Put on the headset that drowns out your current reality. Put some controls in your hands (making sure you strap on the wrist loops) and off you go. Where you go is only limited by your imagination oh and maybe how long you have booked the booth for and what games there are and... It actually is pretty cool. We had a lot of fun. Couldn't figure out the group play thing to shoot zombies together until the end but it is pretty awesome even in single player mode. You do feel like you are somewhere else. And it does make the time go very fast. Real time that is. Is it perfect yet? Nope. Would I go back? Sure. Maybe won't touch but would not mind trying. I do think there are some improvements to be made. So in reality 3.5 stars. But the staff (adults) are cool. So the extra half star is awarded for their service in the line of duty. Bring your dad, mom, kids, and do try this out, that is if there is anyone out there like me that hadn't had the pleasure.
