It was not one of the more challenging rooms we have done. However, we knew that when we booked it. It had a great storyline, and incredible atmosphere (mildly creepy) that was very thoughtfully put together into a very cohesive whole. No detail was overlooked and the puzzles were very enjoyable. Also, the employees were outstanding (some of the best that we have encountered in all the rooms we've done). We will definitely come back again to do more rooms!

Came here for a work event. Our group was about 11 people and we chose the bounty hunter room…read more-intermediate level. In the waiting area there's a few puzzles to solve with a lock that opens a box of treats if you get it correct. I thought this was a really fun idea ! When ready, you sign a waiver and are brought into a briefing room to watch a short video. You are able to lock up your belongings in a locker. Puzzles were at a great difficulty level - not too easy not too hard. Lots of things to solve which kept everyone in our group busy and working together! We were successful in solving the room - success rate for our room/level was just under 30%. After you're finished, your group can go back into the briefing room for a team photo. There are props, hats, etc. available. Staff was very kind and explained everything very well. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable (ex. door is always unlocked should someone need to leave). There are help buttons in all rooms in case your group needs a clue if stuck as well. Overall a fantastic time, highly recommend !

They stage their games a little differently and I really appreciate after so many different escape rooms finding something that is unexpected. Besides the great detail put into making the game amazing I also want to give them a shout out for their well kept waiting room and all the fun puzzles and games they provide to get your mind in gear whilst waiting your turn. It's very simple set up. You just put on the weird goggles and the controller. Nothing heavy gear on your back like some other vr so it's easier to move around. Cost of the experience ranges from $30-$50 for 45 to 1 hour experience. Graphics were really good and customer service was also right there. My group and I have done a lot of other escape rooms and to be honest, there was nothing spectacularly special about this place. The owners are very nice and you could tell they put their blood, sweat and tears in making the rooms. The lady definitely knew good customer service and she explained things in detail when needed. This is definitely more family friendly than if you're looking for the "wow-factor" in terms of technology, decor, and entertainment!

For what you are presented in the escape room re: decor and activities - probably the most fun part is the beginning when you communicate with others. For the most part - all other parts of the puzzles were easy to do and straight forward. For the price you pay for - in my opinion I believe it was overpriced compared to the better ones you can get for this price. This place has only been open for a year so it is still new to the industry per se. However with all considerations combined, it is hard to convince to come back giving the pricing strategy and for what you get. One of the chains of the lock broke off very easily and therefore opened the cabinet doors. Did not require much effort or pressure as the chains they used were very thin plastic chains. I would imagine for the dollars they charge, it wouldn't kill to invest in more durable props. One of the handles on the walls was also not very sturdy to hold an object. This resulted in an object continuously falling and admittedly a safety hazard. A staff member came in to fix it not only because of it could possibly fall and hurt someone but also because it was a big part to the puzzle piece. Overall, there are a fair bit of improvements to do before I'd come back.
