It was not one of the more challenging rooms we have done. However, we knew that when we booked it. It had a great storyline, and incredible atmosphere (mildly creepy) that was very thoughtfully put together into a very cohesive whole. No detail was overlooked and the puzzles were very enjoyable. Also, the employees were outstanding (some of the best that we have encountered in all the rooms we've done). We will definitely come back again to do more rooms!

Came here for a work event. Our group was about 11 people and we chose the bounty hunter room…read more-intermediate level. In the waiting area there's a few puzzles to solve with a lock that opens a box of treats if you get it correct. I thought this was a really fun idea ! When ready, you sign a waiver and are brought into a briefing room to watch a short video. You are able to lock up your belongings in a locker. Puzzles were at a great difficulty level - not too easy not too hard. Lots of things to solve which kept everyone in our group busy and working together! We were successful in solving the room - success rate for our room/level was just under 30%. After you're finished, your group can go back into the briefing room for a team photo. There are props, hats, etc. available. Staff was very kind and explained everything very well. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable (ex. door is always unlocked should someone need to leave). There are help buttons in all rooms in case your group needs a clue if stuck as well. Overall a fantastic time, highly recommend !

They stage their games a little differently and I really appreciate after so many different escape rooms finding something that is unexpected. I would love to sit here and praise a lot off neat things I saw but I don't want to ruin anything for anyone so I will remain vague. Besides the great detail put into making the game amazing I also want to give them a shout out for their well kept waiting room and all the fun puzzles and games they provide to get your mind in gear whilst waiting your turn. Unfortunately we didn't make it out but the experience definitely kept us on our toes. They also have a party room for birthday parties and special events. There is also plenty of parking. I came by on a Saturday and that same room was a popular one.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by Will, whom helped us with every aspect of the party planning. He was very helpful and easygoing; such a joy to deal with! On the day of the party, we were able to come in earlier and decorate, while the children played the game. During the game, we had difficulty in solving the puzzles therefore, Will and Fahed came in to assist us without hesitation. They were very helpful with all of the guests in the game room, and took the time to explain everything very well. Overall, this venue was an excellent choice! At a 22% rate for getting out I thought we were sunk in the first 11 minutes. So many great puzzles to solve and the thrill when we figured out a code or found a key was awesome. Great value for the cost. During a time when there is little to do, we were safe in our small group, locked in a room ( well more than one room as you worked through it). This was the perfect way to spend an afternoon followed up with take home food from a Downtown Kitchener restaurant. ....we got out!!!! Can't wait to do another room. Escaped Game 1 and can't wait to try Game 2!…read more Adventure Rooms has a lot of fun technology that you can use - we won't give anything away but you get to use little gadgets that I only see in movies. It really adds to the whole environment and experience. The clues tied together really well although there was no story or theme to it. Adventure Rooms only has two rooms and they do not change frequently. The passing rate of the first room (Game #1) is 20% and the second room (Game #2) is 25%. So, not a high passing rate for either. The rooms are European style as well so you go through a house, basically. What made Adventure Rooms a lot of fun was the fact that it involved many little steps/puzzles that you had to solve to get out, rather than just one hard problem. This is one of our top places, and we can't wait to go back for Game #2!
