Ronald also provided great communication, and answered any questions that I had. I will be using him for future work, and recommending his company for anyone work on their home. Great job!!

So I decided to take a chance that cheaper may be better. And it was! His communication was impeccable. I find that doing any work with my house communication is where most companies fall short. Not with Ronald! He called back for a free estimate immediately. Came on a day that was good for me & my crazy schedule. On that day I was given a written estimate including the guarantee & full explanation of what would take place. Also a time frame for when these things would happen. March 18, 2026: I signed the contract. March 30, 2026: My old shabby posts removed & disposed. Then the new posts were cemented in. April 3, 2026: All gates were put up. Beautiful! The quality of the fence & hardware were excellent. Light years difference from the cheesy Home Depot fence that was previously up. I've already given my neighbor his number. You need a fence? Don't even bother wasting your time calling other companies. Ronald is who you want! 4-4-2026

This bent it and wound up setting it at an angle where it could not close properly. This is the original fence that came with the house, about 60-ish years old now. In all that time it had held strong but finally time and an SUV had caught up with it. I offered to help him out by getting this fixed, but honestly I had never called a fence company before so this was new ground for me. After googling for fence companies in the area, I found Paradise Fence Company and spoke with Michael Paradise himself. We agreed on a time to meet at my Uncle's house to check out the damage. He showed up on time as promised and quickly examined the scene. He was very honest with me: this was a tiny job that his company normally would not do. However, he also saw that I was in a bit of a tough spot so he quoted me a *very* fair price on the spot. I say fair because I did get two other quotes and both were higher. Because this job was a smaller one, it took Paradise about a month to find a time slot when they would be doing a larger job nearby to come and work on the fence. The job was not without its issues. When the guys arrived they had forgotten their own power generator, so they tried to use the power in my Uncle's house but their equipment wound up tripping our breakers - so if you notice they don't have their own power, I recommend you ask them to get it and come back. Fortunately Michael himself delivered the power generator and they were able to do the job. Upon inspecting the fence, I have to say you would never know there had been an accident. Everything that was bent had been straightened out and the hinges that were replaced looked new but did not stick out like a sore thumb. Most importantly the fence doors could now all close properly! Overall with one hiccup I had a very positive experience with Paradise Fence Supply and would recommend them if you need fence repair.

I hired the mason that built my stoop to install metal railings. He has done various work around my house in the past and he has always done great work. He purchased the railings from this place and installed them. The railings were wrapped up when he received them and he left the wrapping on during installation so they stayed clean. We noticed deep scratches on various parts of both railings after he removed the wrapping. He contacted someone at this company multiple times to come and touch up the paint. No one showed up for over 6 weeks. He went down to speak to the people in the office, and then magically someone showed up at my house the same day he went down to complain. However, no one told him when they would be coming to do the touch up work. The person never even knocked on my door or rang the door bell even though I was home. Later that day I discovered someone shot two spots with black spray paint that did nothing to solve the problem and left a 1/2 empty can of spray paint on my stoop. The railings are still scratched (see photos). Mind you, these railings are supposed to have a 20 year paint job. The mason would have corrected it himself but they never told him what type of paint to use when he asked. Piss poor customer service earns a terrible review. Spend your money elsewhere.
