The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.

He was right, and my doors are quieter than they have been in addition to closing well. The price was less than I'd expected and it only took him about 45 minutes to fix both doors. Very personable man and I loved that he didn't add other services just to raise the price.
