They also set expectations so I was aware that they might need to destroy the lock in order to open the door. Within 5 minutes, they were on their way to my house. [hey Jeff you want to give a quote on that since you want to be so slick, 2012 scion IQ and lets see if you can even figure out whether it has a chip or not] whose wasting whose time? edit [funny Jeff owns up to the first detail but not the $575 quote which was literally like pulling teeth to get him to give a rough number. As I said to him, "I don't know how you run a business but when I do a business and someone asks for a quote, guess what, I can at least give them an idea." She yelled at me and said this is or emergency services but the website says they do all of them. She then would answer and then hang up on me without saying anything several times.
