[hey Jeff you want to give a quote on that since you want to be so slick, 2012 scion IQ and lets see if you can even figure out whether it has a chip or not] whose wasting whose time? edit [funny Jeff owns up to the first detail but not the $575 quote which was literally like pulling teeth to get him to give a rough number. As I said to him, "I don't know how you run a business but when I do a business and someone asks for a quote, guess what, I can at least give them an idea." I do indeed wish it was fiction, unfortunately no one can change the past and although Jeff may pretend it didn't happen, I definitely won't forget it.
