The hydraulics guy is gold. He will go to extra lengths to find a solution and even worked on a weekend to get my equipment functional after his first solution did not work.
Steer clear of the rest. Find someone else to do you welding and machine shop work. They "fixed" a hydraulic cylinder for me by welding the sleeve that goes around the pin to the eye including the bearings in they eye. They also neglected to drill a grease passage even though they installed a grease zirt. Then they cheerfully admitted it when I asked about this.
They also did a simple welding job that lasted less than a week. After 3 return trips to have them fix their work it became clear that I should find someone else to do it. I ultimately had to replace the entire cylinder. read more
