How to work as a successful group powering thru the rope courses. How to communicate better with each other. How to listen and accept one another. How to respect one another. And just basically team bonding at its best. The instructors were very patient, informative, and reassuring. They kept us on our toes the entire time. I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue professionally and patiently, and I am extremely disappointed by the way your company has handled it. The class was canceled by your company - not by me - yet I have still not received either a replacement class, a gift card, or a refund despite numerous attempts to contact your team. I have called multiple times (at least seven separate occasions) and was repeatedly told that my information and emails would be passed along to management. I was later informed by an employee that my concerns were apparently never even documented or forwarded. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a business handling customers' money. I was initially told I could reschedule into another class, but then informed that no one even knows when another Fort Worth pop-up class will happen. After that, I was promised a gift card, which I also never received. At this point, I have been given nothing but inconsistent answers, ignored communications, and false assurances while your company continues to hold over $300 of my money. Your policy regarding missed classes is irrelevant in this situation because I did not fail to attend a scheduled class -- your company canceled the event and failed to provide a reasonable alternative afterward. 1 am formally requesting a full refund of $300.94 immediately. We began with the Aji tuna on crispy rice, topped with a delicate sliver of jalapeño and crispy shallots, a perfect balance of freshness, spice, and crunch. The second course was Stefanie's famous focaccia...one sweet and one savory. The savory version featured parmesan, her homemade bread and butter, pickles from her garden, and a touch of mustard seed. The bread, made simply with flour, water, and salt, takes two to three days to create. The sweet focaccia was equally impressive, topped with brie, honey, and a guava jam made from her own garden-grown guavas... truly special. Next came the sweet potato course, made from her garden's harvest and paired with roasted pine nuts and coconut-shaved gnocchi in brown butter. The wine pairings, thoughtfully curated by Oscar from Sequoia Grove Winery, elevated the entire experience, from the velvety Merlot to the bold Cabernet, every sip complemented the food flawlessly. What makes Chef Stefanie so special is her warmth and authenticity. She shares her passion for food and where it comes from in a way that's engaging and educational, never pretentious. The team working there helped out with general instructions and pointers as well were all shooting. People started "getting it" about an hour in and balloons on the targets started popping pretty regularly. I finally got one right at the end! It was also pretty cool to see some of the more serious semi-pro type of archers there with their hardcore bows and compound bow setups. Overall this is a unique experience and worth a go if you're looking for a fun activity. They also have lessons and it's good for older kids. Five stars!

It took around 3 hours of nonstop tufting for a Small rug. It was definitely an arm workout! But so fun. It was a little toasty in there though, so dress accordingly. We came back later to pick up the rugs - super efficient and it turned out beautiful. I would come back again to create a huge rug together sometime :-)
