Have never experienced such horrible customer service. Had a business card with an employee's name. I called to speak to the employee on the back of the card whom I thought would be servicing my golf cart as he told my husband he liked working on older models ('87), I was told by the woman who answered the phone he was on the clock and I was not able to speak with him, he was downstairs in the shop. It was necessary to go thru the lady that answered the phone calling herself the assistant supervisor. This woman never laid eyes on my cart. All she did was take personal information inside a building. It was the man who unloaded the cart and drove it off the trailer and parked it on their lot who had minimal exposure to the cart. Suddenly there was a mans voice in the background telling the lady what to say. Then he said he was the man I had asked for. He proceeded to be just as rude as the lady had been. I could see the conversation was headed no where therefore, I implied that I did not want any service done. I was told there was no other place for service within 50 miles. Rather than enter a verbal sparring match I just hung up. Before I could look up other places for service I was called by the manager, Kyle wanting to know why I was rude to his employees. He continued his banter to include that to inspect my cart was $95 and if I had the work done it would go toward the total bill otherwise I paid $95 and could take it home. If I did not pick it up immediately upon completion of their estimate I would be charged $75 a day storage fees if they did not do the work. The lady had also told me it was $100 for pick up and delivery when I asked if they offered that service and $50 to deliver it to my home.
Then Kyle told me that he preferred I speak only with him and gave me his personal number and I was to call him before 3PM as he was leaving early that day, to let him know my decision. I did ask why my husband was given a card with Dakota's name if he was not going to be able to speak with him. I never received a satisfactory answer.
My husband was not home at the time. I did more research about places and spoke with a very nice lady who told me tune up was $79 dollars, pick up and delivery was $60 and several other helpful pieces of information also less than 30 miles away. When my husband returned home he said the lady in the office was very short with him. He decided that he would rather have the new people I spoke to work on the cart. He no longer felt this business was trust worthy.
At 3:05 PM I called Kyle back and said we would come and pick up our cart today. He said ok. We arrived at 4:10PM, another employee helped my husband load the cart without any more incident.
For a relatively new business treating customers poorly will not foster their business. All three employees were argumentative. At one point Kyle asked to start the process over however at no time did he ask me what he could do to improve our relationship. I felt like he did not care whether he had my business or not. read more
