The guy working on it took half the next day off and no cart ..I was no happy next day it took them only an hour to fix it, all that was needed was to correctly plug the wires(5) back into the ignition switch they had come off and I could not figure where they belonged, this required no new part just to correctly plug the right wire to the right post ,,,seriously they charged me $67.00 and took 2 days when I was promised I would have it back..I am so upset being deceived about the timeline , over charged for a simple thing( which really I would have gladly paid if they had done it the day I brought it in or the next morning) I was taken advantage of because I was a women and they must think I have no knowledge of how simple the job was again $67.00 to plug in some wires and 2 days. In less than a week he returned with the mower... it has never run better! Starts every time with one turn of the key!!! And his fee was almost exactly one fourth of my first quote!!! So when my mower did nothing when I turned the key yesterday. I gave him a call. Friday afternoon, kinda laid around four I guess and he called me back immediately. I described the problem and he knew exactly what was wrong. I sent a photo of a particular part of my mower. He confirmed the problem told me how to fix it on my own and within minutes, I was back on the mower mowing the lawn. No charge, he was happy to help. Great businessman!
