I was no exception--until yesterday, when ours apparently decided it had been ignored long enough. Without warning, it skewed sideways in the tracks, threw a cable, and wedged itself so thoroughly that no amount of pushing, pulling, grunting, or questioning my upper-body strength was going to move it. Since it was late in the day, I spent the evening doing what any sensible person does in a minor household crisis: obsessively reading reviews. By the time I was done, I knew my first call Saturday morning would be to Cody Aker at Auburn Garage Door Solutions. About two and a half hours later, Cody arrived, surveyed the carnage, and calmly went to work. Within roughly an hour, the garage door dragon had been slain, everything was operating properly again, and the bill was very fair. Auburn Garage Door Solutions came out to fix my neighbors garage door. Her garage door would…read morerandomly open while she was gone and the remote couldn't be replaced... and those have broken apart, too. After doing an initial inspection and finding that the motor couldn't be fixed, Cody and Gabriel gave our landlord a call. They would knock before coming in, although the door was open, to give us updates. Cody and Gabriel were very professional, polite, and worked fast. After they were finished, they showed us how to work the remote, and the piece they installed on the wall. It's nice to know they're is a backup battery in the motor if the power goes out, and if that battery does lose power, they showed us how to open and close the door manually. In the next month, they'll be replacing my garage door, too. It was great to get a heads up on how everything works. I highly recommend calling Auburn Garage Door Solutions if you just need a diagnostic, tune up, or even a replacement!
