Despite being a paying customer, it felt like her teaching me was an inconvenience. Dagan's teaching style was critical and demotivating. She often gave vague instruction and then criticized me when a simple mistake was made or question was asked. Dagan made phone calls during my lessons and, a couple times, she ended our lesson 5-7 minutes early. On two occasions, Dagan had to reschedule my lesson one day in advance stating "I need to change your lesson time" without any apology or reason. Dagan did not explain what to expect on my class 7N road test or elaborate on the crucial pieces of information needed to pass. She suggested I practice driving in the area where the road test is completed prior to taking it, yet when I asked what the route of the road test was, she said she couldn't tell me as if it was a secret. The approximate route is easily found with a quick google search. Even at $60/hour, I would not recommend this driving school and advise others to save their time, energy and money.

They also made sure to call me back right away when they see that I have a missed call with them. My driving instructor was Sukh and he really helped me learn the rules on the road and the usual practices that they look for in the road tests (ex: shoulder checks, 360 check, etc.). He was also really patient and would calmly tell me what I did wrong. He was also really good at explaining and answering areas that I was confused about. He also took me to the areas where I did my road test so I kind of knew like where the speed signs were and the speed limits of those areas.
