Sadly, the shop uses appointments like doctors. Where appointments are for patients, but not for the attending physician. So, I waited a couple of days to get the appointment, and had the truck towed in before the specified time. They never called me, I called them, ONLY to be informed, they never got to my vehicle and it would be the next business day it would be looked at. The shop was closed for the weekend, ugh! I waited until later the Monday afternoon, still no call from them. So, I called again. And, got informed they couldn't look at my vehicle until Tuesday because they were short handed. I finally got a call on Tuesday the truck was ready. When I asked about getting a discount due to the truck languishing in their shop for 2 days, (plus the weekend they were not open). They got really pissy with me about me being irritated due to not getting my truck back "sooner". I was charged the full price. No apologies, MY RECOMMENDATION, IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ITS A SHIT-SHOW for customer service. Please explaine to me in specific language exactly what an APPOINTMENT is for! They were great at excuses but terrible at service. Never use them!
