The apartment is also fantastic for its price (especially for $5,600 a month) - it's a duplex with 4 individual rooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. I don't think you can find that sort of deal anywhere else in this area. Very nice/cool/personable guy - he's different from the other brokers I've spoken with. He's not desperate and doesn't try to coerce you into signing you right away - rather, he encourages you to take your time, see all the other options and make your own decisions. And that has a strong effect on his persuasiveness and his skill as a salesperson. You also get the impression that he's looking out for you - and that's been clear to me by the work he's put in to get us the apartment and the discount(s). If you choose to look for an apartment owned by Ledvech Group, I strongly encourage you to go with Boris as your broker. He won't let you down.

I gave him a budget and while he told me that it was very strict, he asked me to check out a few places available. I was resigned to settle for a small 2BR; however, as I was checking out one of his recommended apts, he contacted me regarding a much larger 2BR which had just been placed on the market. I did the paper work the latter and received t the approval/keys in less than a business week. On the second occasion, after my roommate and I decided to part ways, I contacted Milton. To be honest, prior to doing this I had previously applied to another apt I had seen on Craigslist, but that deal went nowhere (Note to the reader: Stay away from Best Apartments Inc. They are very unprofessional and unethical). I informed Milton about my current budget, location, and moving date. He showed me around a few places and once I had settled on one, had me submit the application. I was approved the next day, and the lease was signed within the next 24Hrs. This apartment had a 15% broker fee, but I didn't mind paying it as Milton had come to my rescue (for free) in the past. I can't say enough good things about the guy. This is the worse place ever. Management suck they expect people to work around there time even…read morewhen appointments are given. Things break down and the only time they may come to fix it is during inspection time. The toilets, sinks and tub constantly clogs up. I was even told one time to NOT put tissue in the toilet, to get a trash bag and throw the tissue in it after using the bathroom. The apartment's new renovations are cheap as hell. If you look/lean on the wall you'll go right through it and they would want to charge you to fix it. They have so much security but yet people are still outside with open containers smoking gambling and allegedly selling stuff. The community is horrible and there is just nothing pleasant to say about this place. Piss and all other types of fluids/liquids on the elevator floors spit on the elevator walls. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone especially for those of us who have to work and pay rent. This complex is nasty ghetto and down right horrible. I don't even invite people over. It's very depressing walking out of the building everyday to see the same nastiness going on everyday.
