I'm not sure about the warranty on other tints they carry. I called with a few questions on a Saturday morning, Barbara answered the phone and most of my questions, however some could not be answered without my vehicle being there. She asked me to come in so she could best help me. When I arrived she remembered my name, joked that she had answers for my questions, putting me at ease even more than she did on the phone. Barbara then proceeded to answer all of my questions, told me about things I had not thought of, helped me make an informed decision about what I wanted and gave me a fair price. Cody was also very informative on the different products that they offered, even putting small samples of the two tints I was interested in on my window so I could see how they looked and metered what the visible light transmission was. He then did a great job installing my chosen tint, making sure it was done right, and providing me with proper instructions making sure I know how to care for it, and maintain it. He even recommended a tint safe glass cleaner, that is inexpensive and readily available. Matt dropped by while Cody was installing the tint, introduced himself and his friend to me, as well as invited me to go fishing with him or his Dad sometime. Everyone makes you feel like you are family or a long time friend. Matt and his staff are awesome, they are a great family business that puts customer service first! They have a nice clean showroom, waiting area, installation bays and may be able to do same day service if time and staffing allows. I was highly impressed, and that is not an easy thing to do! I called with some questions about window tinting concerning the percentage of my factory front…read morewindows. The young man was nice on the phone and said the front windows had no tint and were clear. I should have hung up the phone then, but I just couldn't. I told him they certainly did have some amount of tint and I wanted to know how much. He said to drop by and he would meter the windows(measure for visible light or tint). I told him that I was almost an hour away and he said come on by. When I got there he was adamant that the front windows were clear. I rolled one half way down and he still said it was clear. I insisted that he look through the window opening. He still insisted it was clear. I showed him the difference in looking through the glass as opposed to looking over it. He replied, "that is the hue, when the glass was manufactured it has a natural hue". I am about to bust out laughing now, as I explain the definition of hue is a variation of color, tint, or shade. I politely ask him if he will meter the glass like he said he would, he declined and walked away. Needless to say I left and will never return! Would be negative star rating if possible. I do not recommend for glass tinting!!!

The initial experience went well. I ended up driving to there location due to the fact they did not have access to my location. Which was not a problem with me. After receiving my vehicle I was told to let they imperfections dry out and everything would clear up. They also stated they had a limited warranty. Which I though was nice. A week goes by and the scratches that I thought were imperfections did not go away. I then texted the company they said give it a little longer, and if it does not go away, they will fix it. I did that and message them back to let them know, and receive no reply a week later I Message them again, and received no reply. I then messaged him through her email to be more formal. Maybe they just lost her number. really like to give the best benefit of the doubt but after reading the reviews I guess I should have read them before I went to this business.
