I'm not sure about the warranty on other tints they carry. I called with a few questions on a Saturday morning, Barbara answered the phone and most of my questions, however some could not be answered without my vehicle being there. She asked me to come in so she could best help me. When I arrived she remembered my name, joked that she had answers for my questions, putting me at ease even more than she did on the phone. Barbara then proceeded to answer all of my questions, told me about things I had not thought of, helped me make an informed decision about what I wanted and gave me a fair price. Cody was also very informative on the different products that they offered, even putting small samples of the two tints I was interested in on my window so I could see how they looked and metered what the visible light transmission was. He then did a great job installing my chosen tint, making sure it was done right, and providing me with proper instructions making sure I know how to care for it, and maintain it. He even recommended a tint safe glass cleaner, that is inexpensive and readily available. Matt dropped by while Cody was installing the tint, introduced himself and his friend to me, as well as invited me to go fishing with him or his Dad sometime. Everyone makes you feel like you are family or a long time friend. Matt and his staff are awesome, they are a great family business that puts customer service first! They have a nice clean showroom, waiting area, installation bays and may be able to do same day service if time and staffing allows. I was highly impressed, and that is not an easy thing to do! So I went to Stereo Town to have a stereo I bought on amazon put into my BMW 325i. I call the day…read morebefore and they tell me it will cost 60 dollars. Okay, not bad! I show up, and they take my dash apart only to tell me I had the wrong wiring harness. Their book had it wrong too, so I'm not complaining about that. Here's where things start to really PISS ME OFF though. They tell me it will be 45 dollars to put my dash back together after they failed to install the stereo. That sucked, but that's not what makes me 1-star angry. They "Found" the right harness after that, and charged me a bonecrushing 40 fucking dollars for a 9 dollar harness!!!! They present me with a $120 bill, DOUBLE what they told me on the phone all because my car is a BMW (They didn't mention that on the phone) and the $40 harness, 4 times amazon price. The worst part is: They did this after telling me $45 to put it back together. Had they warned me they were going to surprise me with $120 charge for a 9 dollar harness, I would have told them to go fuck themselves. DO NOT GO HERE. Drive the extra miles to Greenville and let Best Buy or anyone reputable do your work instead. AVOID this shady place. I asked for a quote on replacing my speakers in my car since they insisted they were blown. They said $200 to replace them all. Best buy will do it for much less, far better quality, far less shady business tactics. Skip this place, go someplace reputable. The guy at Stereo Town had this smug smile like he honestly thought I was going to give him $200 after the shit they pulled with the stereo. HAH.
