This statement is a total lie! I'm not sure how they can claim that they genuinely care about your health when they tell you they are going to research info about contacts for you but never calls you back. He even acknowledged that he "ghosted" me when I stopped in their office to find out what was going on. Once again, he said he was going to call a company for more information and get back with me the next week. That was back in September and I haven't heard from his office since then. I'm honestly appalled at this company's lack of accountability, communication, and documentation…read morepractices. I worked with one of their doctors who not once, but twice gave me medical advice and prescriptions that made my eyes worse, not better. I ended up having two medical emergency visits with another one of their doctors at another practice. Both visits could have been avoided with proper medical advice from the beginning according to the doctors who helped me during those emergencies. Apparently I wasn't the first one that happened to.... It so bad I was later told that they fired my regular physician. Despite recording a conversation of me discussing the malpractice for their records, they sent me repeated copay emails and texts. I spoke with corporate and the local store, saying I shouldn't have to pay because of the malpractice. All of which came back saying they would comp the bill due to the malpractice. I haven't visited that practice since November of 2025 and I'm still getting emails and texts regarding those copays. Despite working it out with multiple parties. Corporate was supposed to call me back regarding the bill weeks ago and they couldn't even follow through on that. I am still fighting with this company over these emails and texts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Your eyes and blood pressure levels will thank you.
